So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Our salesperson Kevin Fortman was excellent. He took his time to make sure we got the car that we wanted and needed. Every part of the deal was handled with excellent service.

We just had a very positive and smooth interaction and used car purchase with Castle Chevrolet. My typical opinion of dealing with buying a car normally isn't very favorable but this experience was awesome. We did have a minor issue with the loan paperwork but it was our fault, I contacted Jerome Witt ( Sales Manager) who said he would fix the problem - low and behold, it was fixed within the hour. My thanks to both of these guys for making the transaction positive!

If the repair extends longer than I can wait, will provide.a ride home which is a great service. Always explains what is needed and what can wait until next service date so I can be prepared for future maintenance. This helps me keep my car in great shape and prevents major issues.
