So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I was concerned and very disappointed that there were no loaner cars available when I delivered my vehicle for warranty service. This was alarming, especially when it was determined that the items needed for the repairs were on extended backorder. Beck & Masten did make good on the situation by paying the cost of a rental car. The service personnel did a great job in keeping me updated, throughout the process.

Shopping for a car for my granddaughter we visited Demontrond Volkswagen in Spring one afternoon. If they work on making the financing experience a bit more positive and customer focused, this dealership would easily earn five stars. Overall, I had a good experience at Beck & Masten South. The sales team was helpful, and the process of finding the right vehicle went smoothly. However, the financing department could improve on customer service. It felt like they weren?t as friendly or welcoming as the rest of the staff, which made that part of the process less pleasant.
