So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Misty was great as was Rusty. I?ve been trading with Rusty for over 30 years at James Wood Motors. Misty came in on her day off to deliver my truck and took time to explain all of the new features. I hate singing the service for an intermittent issue likely caused by a computer chip, on board computer or software but it a serious issue when the Adaptive Cruise control just locks the brakes up at cruising speeds over 55 MPH. I am hopeful they will eventually figure out the issue. This time I requested they just deactivate Adaptive Cruise as I?m worried about serious injury. The last time the brakes locked up out of the blue, I almost lost control of the vehicle and it slide sideways almost flipping at 70 MPH.

It started in the service department after I arrived in my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 with 175,000+ miles. There was a problem with the transmission. After consulting with a few service techs, I decided it was time to buy a new truck. They introduced me to Thomas Swink in the sales department. He was very knowledgeable about all the trucks and he was an excellent salesman. Not pushy at all, but knows how to close a deal. Negotiations were quick and easy. I was able to drive away that same day in the new truck.

Jarrett Abel has been my Service Adviser for several years. He always takes care of scheduling my appointments and getting my Chevy P/U serviced. The service department does a terrific job of getting vehicles serviced quickly.
