I was put in contact with a new technician and the service was just what I expected STELLAR!

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Went to look for a used car. Jarvis Jackson at was upfront and provided all the background for the car and allowed us to drive the car to make us feel comfortable. No pressure and felt comfortable with the process. Will definitely come back and ask for Jarvis again.

The Team that my husband and I worked with Dillon, Tim & Dan, were all very helpful and courteous. We had a certain price point and they managed to get us very close to where we needed to be AND we got the car we really wanted. Kept me informed of status of repair so I could decide if I wanted to wait for the repair. Customer waiting area always clean and comfortable. If the repair extends longer than I can wait, will provide.a ride home which is a great service. Always explains what is needed and what can wait until next service date so I can be prepared for future maintenance. This helps me keep my car in great shape and prevents major issues.
