Great service department. Always greeted when I take my car for service. Provides complimentary donuts and coffee newspaper and TV while waiting. Price for service is a little excessive.

Had a complete engine replacement that was overseen by Joey Lucas at Arborgast. Joey worked with Chevrolet on obtaining a new engine and had it installed. However, it did not meet his standards and requested a 2nd engine. The car is running fine now. Throughout the 2.5 month process, Joey kept us informed as to what was happening. I will call Joey with any future repairs and highly recommend him to everyone in need of car repairs.

I worked with Stephanie the internet sales manager via there website chat on Friday 4/21/2023. I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. We met Tom and he had the car ready for a test drive. My sister loved the car and it had all the options she was looking for and the color. Tom worked to get my sister the best deal possible on the car and had it prepped and ready to go in a short time for a Saturday. I found a used SUV on the website and contacted sales rep Justin Evans to schedule an appointment to check it out. While we were there, he started working with my husband to track down a 2020 Chevy Duramax. The original one we found wasn’t available so he worked for two more days to find the perfect truck for my husband. The service was great and we ended up getting two awesome vehicles at Bush. Justin made the buying process effortless.
