I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I am giving this a five because Carla was so good to work with. The 2016 Forester was not a good experience. It road really rough and my wife hurt her back on the test drive. The radio did not work and the navigation system failed about halfway through the test drive. So, to sum it up. Our sales rep, Carla was great and the experience at the dealership was good, but the car we went to look at was kind of a disaster.

Seems to be a decent dealer. Sales people are respectful. I'm trying to negotiate on a new 2023 Ford F-350 4X4 with 7.3 gas V8 and they seem to be a bit reluctant to bite on what I consider to be a fair OTD offer, especially since the vehicle may be subject to some lot rot due to the length of time there on the lot and not sold as of yet.

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

I love how the truck pulls and rides when towing. It will give any driver the confidence to tow anywhere. I haven't had a single issue with it. I love the way it looks and couldn't be happier.

We worked with Brandon Lewis when purchasing our Blazer EV. He was extremely helpful and patient when answering all of the questions we had about transitioning to a full EV. Once we decided that the vehicle was going to be compatible with our daily routine, Brandon took our deposit and again went above and beyond making sure everything would be ready to go when we arrived from Michigan. 1000 miles and 18 hours worth of driving later, I pulled into Joe Cooper Chevrolet to be greeted by Brandon as soon as I walked in. We took a quick tour of all of the amenities the dealership had to offer and then proceeded to start the paperwork for our new vehicle. While signing paperwork, Brandon was making sure to explain what every signature and initial pertained to, going into more detail whenever I asked. Once completed I sat down with the financing manager who provided me with my final rate, as well as finalizing the required paperwork. We went over and confirmed what was previously discussed with Brandon and before I knew it we were finished and ready to start heading back to Michigan. Overall this was the smoothest dealership experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
