I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

A few minutes later we were driving to Gaithersburg and on the way we received a text to confirm our appointment. Malek was friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! Started has service Customer and needed a more reliable truck after losing my mom…my sales person was worked the deal and I was waiting for the accounts from my mom be turned over into my name so needed a week before everything would be in my name Mike in finance held the truck till everything got sorted and in a week has promised I got the truck because of them letting me prove my word and Mike believed me they have customer for life bought a used Durango rt and when doing the paperwork Mike told you proved your word is golden that helped me especially after losing my mom and just 2 days ago traded the the Durango for my first new a 2023 Durango rt plus last call…each time used Nick and Mike has my team and will continue to use them and bring my twin girls and get there first car from they definitely have a customer for life Thank you

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

The only reason I gave overall a 5 star is there was a manager that got a little nasty and cussed at one of their employees (a very young man) ; which was unprofessional to do in front of a customer. The employee that was helping me, I could tell he was on edge and uneasy, I'm assuming due to the manager who was clearly creating tension in the shop. *may not have been manager, however he was the only employee not wearing the shop tech shirt and was wearing button up shirt and dress pants.
