Very enjoyable experience from walking in the door. All that were in the showroom greeted us as we came in the door. Our salesman met with us and showed us the truck we had inquired about. We looked at the truck, wanted it and went in to begin the process. The Manager Steve, came and introduced himself along with our financial manager Kirk. The entire purchase was about an hour and a half, but some of that was learning about their families and sharing stories. Like we were all family. So would I recommend Auto Nation to others, absolutely. This is the second purchase we have made from Auto Nation, the other being located in Amarillo. I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I was very undecisive for about 3 weeks but my sales man stuck in there. When I finally made it to Houston he took the time and drove me across town just so I could test a car I thought I liked. And I made that purchase that day within a couple hours

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I like the online appointment service. It makes getting an appointment or canceling it very convenient. Our advisor Basil Khan is very friendly and helpful. We are happy about their service.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

Love everything about this Duramax Denali except the fuel mileage. 13-14 Mpg tops when not towing. Bought truck cause previous was stolen. Wish I still had my 6.2 High Country!

Although I have not made a final purchase, the dealership folks answered my questions, gave me a discount and already had carfax posted on their site.

First , I bought gas 6.0 , the diesels are great if you have serious towing needs. You just need to realize no matter how well you maintain a diesel it will at some point have an expensive repair. I've had my truck about 12 years. Regular maintenance , a few batteries , couple sets of tires and a MAF sensor. I tow a couple different trailers and the heaviest is less than 10k loaded. Towing , zero issues , no band aids , no overloads , no equalizing hitch , no sway control. Simply not needed. Drives amazing, stops great, Roughly 10 to 12 MPG towing. Unloaded driving at 60 / 65 on cruise solid 15 to 16 MPG. Yes , it won't pul the hills like a diesel but thats a small price to pay for an absolutely amazing truck. I want a new truck in the worst way but just can't part with this truck. A very good truck if you find a clean well maintained one.
