Shopping for a car for my granddaughter we visited Demontrond Volkswagen in Spring one afternoon. Steave Castillo(Cajina) ,sales consultant, met us outside and proceeded to show us the cars and answer all our questions. Great salesman, no high pressure. Had trouble getting my car after service. I was waiting on my car but they parked it in the lot. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it. Had my air filter replaced but they didn?t reset it.
