Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. Staff was friendly but i left without being able to have my app hooked up to my car and I was looking forward to that feature

I had an amazing experience yesterday at Tustin GMC & Buick with Seth R.. I called him the night before to ask about the Sierra EV 2025, and he got right on it! We got the deal done in minutes, charged up the truck, and it was waiting for me to pick it up the next morning because I couldn?t make it that evening. This dealership is incredible! I usually buy luxury vehicles, and the service was just as great as when I do business with Porsche or Land Rover. George in finance was nothing short of amazing as well. The management is doing an incredible job keeping them going because they have such a great team. Every turn was met with a smile, and even in workout clothing, I felt like a valued customer. Thanks to Seth and George, this dealership is now my new pick-up truck home, and I?ll definitely be buying my pick-up trucks through Tustin GMC & Buick in the future.
