I was driving by this dealership and was happy to find it here on Cars.com too and now have a hub to their inventory on my favorite Car site! I am an online car shopping junkie of a sort and when I do decide to move on my next Used vehicle I will check Dover Used Car Center first because when I walked in I was treated as a person and not a target! Loved that the showroom has natural light—not cold fluorescent stuff. You can see every detail on the paint. Staff uniforms look sharp too—more like a boutique than a bank.

The consultant didn’t rush me, was patient the whole time. Also, bonus points: the restroom doesn’t smell like bleach, which is rare.

Great experience purchasing a new Buick Encore GX from a great team. Hugh Middleton was great to work with and he was patient as he explained the process and the numbers and he and his management were great at crafting a deal that was extremely reasonable and the process was smooth and efficient and I was in and out of the dealership in what for me was record time.
