It was by far the best experience of purchasing an automobile I’ve ever had. Very courteous and helpful. I actually went to GMC dealers in Va. and NC and they couldn’t help me get the SUV I wanted. Went to Cars.com and submitted 3 notice of interest to 3 different dealers and Zeigler responded within 5 minutes. No haggling and gave me a more than fair quote. Everything went smooth and finally heard from other dealers an hour or two later. Really appreciate the professionalism. Love my truck and it was delivered today! Thank you for all your help.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Since 2018 I have traded in 2 cars and bought 2 cars. Service is un-surpassed. My service agent, Amanda Nault is so personable and caring that I will not see anyone but her when I need service. In fact, the entire Waltrip family treats me like family wh e never I visit. The sales manager, Mr. Martin always treats me like and old friend, as well as my salesman, Mark, who is a native of my home town of Detroit. I am alway confident that my experience whike visiting is going to be met with the utmost concern, care, and respect that everyone should enjoy. I had a very good experience dealing with Jim Curley. Sales person, Carlos Martinez, was knowledgable and helpful. Big John is good down to earth person. They definitely break the mold of "typical" auto dealerships. I bought a used vehicle and feel like it was a brand new purchase. Vehicle is in perfect condition, in fact truck came with trial subscription to Sirius radio. And Jim Curley sent a voucher for a free oil change, even though they had already changed the oil for the sale. Plus they fixed some items on the truck that other dealerships would of put on me to fix. I can go on and on of the bad experiences at other dealerships. Jim Curley definitely has my business.

Salesman (kash) was good. I didn?t feel pressured, environment was pleasant, my trade in was fairly priced. I will go back to the dame dealership in future when they have the type of car I want.

Service for an oil change and tire rotation was completed very timely and truck was vacuumed

About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.

We just had a very positive and smooth interaction and used car purchase with Castle Chevrolet. We were shopping for a replacement Chevy Trax for my 86 year old mother in law and I found one on Castle's web site that was a perfect fit for her. I phoned the dealer to let them know we would be coming in. We were met by Jeff Vicari who handles our entire transaction and sale in a professional, courteous and respectful manner. My typical opinion of dealing with buying a car normally isn't very favorable but this experience was awesome. We did have a minor issue with the loan paperwork but it was our fault, I contacted Jerome Witt ( Sales Manager) who said he would fix the problem - low and behold, it was fixed within the hour. My thanks to both of these guys for making the transaction positive!

I recently leased a new 22 GMC Sierra through Kirk and could not have had a better experience. He is a class act! I had a couple of issues on my end (my own fault) that Kirk was able to guide me through in order to complete the whole process in under an hour. Could not be happier with my new truck :)
