This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

I have purchased about 15 vehicles from dealerships over the years and this was the best by far. Fair price, willing to negotiate trade value, treated me with respect. None of the schanigans the other dealers have pulled in the past.

Jackie at Cappellino GMC was a true professional. She took the time before the actual sale to not only show me the vehicle but to actually take it for a drive. She also pointed out many of the features which were considerably different than my Highlander, and answered all my questions. Jackie made certain the Terrain would suit my needs. Just bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4. Great communication prior to the test drive. Mike answered all my questions about fees, features, and price. He even drive the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Everything done to the car prior to sale was done properly (new tires, brakes all around) and the car was everything they said it was with no surprises. They even filled up the tank.
