This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

Jhonathan and his manager were seriously the best and friendliest salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When I buy a vehicle, I shop around for weeks/months. No one was willing to deal with what my main goal was and what I wanted and if they did, they were extremely rude and non personable. I was concerned and very disappointed that there were no loaner cars available when I delivered my vehicle for warranty service. This was alarming, especially when it was determined that the items needed for the repairs were on extended backorder. Beck & Masten did make good on the situation by paying the cost of a rental car. The service personnel did a great job in keeping me updated, throughout the process.

If they work on making the financing experience a bit more positive and customer focused, this dealership would easily earn five stars. Overall, I had a good experience at Beck & Masten South. The sales team was helpful, and the process of finding the right vehicle went smoothly. However, the financing department could improve on customer service. It felt like they weren?t as friendly or welcoming as the rest of the staff, which made that part of the process less pleasant.
