I cannot say enough positive things about this dealer. I called Mark, the Sales Manager, at 9:30 in the morning, and talked about a truck I wanted... 30 minutes later I called him back again and we video walked my trade inside and out... We came to terms within a few minutes. After an over 5 hour drive to the dealership, everything was just as we had agreed. The price of the car, the price for my trade, and the credit, all as agreed, zero surprises. But it did not end there, as part of the deal I had asked him to remove an item installed in my truck, I gave him an estimate, in my mind a 30-45 minute job... OPPPPSSSS I was so wrong. Two hours later, at nearly 7:00 at night, it was done. Not only did he and his service manager stay two hours late to get it done, but he DID NOT CHARGE ME for the work! This people is what true dedication to customer service looks like. I will be back.

I had been searching across Texas for weeks, looking for a specific Yukon in a certain trim that was clearly in high demand—only ten or so were available statewide. Most dealers I contacted were either marking up the price well over MSRP and/or adding thousands in unnecessary extras. Then I came across the exact model and trim I wanted on GMC’s website, which showed it was in transit to Cavender GMC West. From there, the experience couldn’t have been smoother. I quickly found the vehicle on Cavender’s website and submitted an online price request. I got an instant response—and to my surprise (and Cavender's credit), they were offering the vehicle below MSRP with no dealer add-ons. A few minutes later, I received a call from Brandon Guzman. He confirmed the price without hesitation. No games, no changes—just total transparency. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, and Brandon made it happen that evening. Over the next ten days, while I waited for it to arrive, Brandon stayed in touch. As soon as it landed, he called to let me know it would be ready the next day. I drove down from Austin to San Antonio, and when I arrived, the vehicle was freshly detailed, fully gassed up, and waiting for me to take it home. The paperwork took less than 40 minutes. No upselling. No pressure. Just a smooth, easy transaction. Brandon took the time to walk me through all the vehicle’s features and answered every question I had. I was back on the road within an hour and twenty minutes. Everyone was very helpful in my buying process. Kent Pfiffer listened to what I was looking for and had the cars available to test drive the same day. He was also very patient with me in the buying process since it was my first new car purchase. The service shop is incredible also! They replaced a tire free of charge day one after getting a nail in it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great car selection.
