This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Ken Bowers was my salesman for the Terrain and my previous purchases. He is very professional and the best part, he is NOT a "pushy" salesman. He is honest and truly works to get you the best deal possible. I have enjoyed working with Ken on my new vehicle purchase. Worked with Chris Moore and Gary for my purchase. Most of it was done online. Came in for a test drive 1st thing in morning, decided I wanted it. While we were doing paperwork, the dealership washed it and put gas in it. From start to finish, 1.5 Hours. Would definitely recommend them, especially Chris. Great salesperson, no pressure at all from him. Chris made it feel like it was a neighborhood sale, not your typical car salesman deal. Great price on it too!
