The tech did a great job. I was able to use a great loaner car. The entire staff was professional and courteous and the entire service experience was 5 stars.

This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

Jackie at Cappellino GMC was a true professional. She took the time before the actual sale to not only show me the vehicle but to actually take it for a drive. She also pointed out many of the features which were considerably different than my Highlander, and answered all my questions. Jackie made certain the Terrain would suit my needs. At the time of delivery she once again went over the vehicle with me and another test drive. This was the "old fashioned" car buying experience I was looking for. Started off rocky with the first salesman but the sales manager I believe his name was Jon went above and beyond to remedy the problem and assigned Domenic who just so happens to be rated top 50 car salesman in America! Domenic is the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with!

I was quite surprised about the no-pressure buying experience I had when I went to look at a car I saw on the internet. Everything was nice and simple and I felt as if they really try to set me, the customer, at ease. Nothing changed when I entered the finance manager's office, no pressure. The wife get her car there and it broke down and the service dept was helpful and getting it done in a timely matter. I would tell people to go there in a second. Just bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4. Great communication prior to the test drive. Mike answered all my questions about fees, features, and price. He even drive the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Everything done to the car prior to sale was done properly (new tires, brakes all around) and the car was everything they said it was with no surprises. They even filled up the tank.
