I’m 56 and I’ve mostly owned trucks in my life. Out of the few cars that I’ve owned this 26 terrain elevation edition is the best car that I’ve owned. It’s comfortable and expensive gets good gas mileage plenty of room inside well designedand GMC has been a reliable brand for me over the years. I do recommend this car.

This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

Went in knowing the car I wanted, Buick Envista 2025. Met up with my salesman, Joelle. He did such a great job. He was passionate about auto sales and you can tell. There was zero pressure to buy. Didn’t haggle with me. The finance guy Tavian was amazing as well. Didn’t pressure me to buy anything extra and worked to stay in my budget. I am glad to be a part of the Kendrick family and look forward to buying my next car from them.

Just had my 60,000 mi. Service and all went well! They also repaired a rain leak I found after the last storm. I?ve bought several autos from Jim Ellis and always have been pleased with sales and service . Ted and Harley in the Buick service dept .are the best!! I would recommend this dealer.

The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.

The service department had to work on the truck I was interested in before it was ready to be sold, and he kept me updated and informed throughout the process.
