Not good at first, I had to take my vehicle back twice

I’m 56 and I’ve mostly owned trucks in my life. Out of the few cars that I’ve owned this 26 terrain elevation edition is the best car that I’ve owned. It’s comfortable and expensive gets good gas mileage plenty of room inside well designedand GMC has been a reliable brand for me over the years. I do recommend this car.

Our salesman at Barlow Buick was well informed on the variety of cars available. After talking and finding out what our needs were, he found us the perfect car.

This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

We have bought or leased 4 cars from Coleman. The sales staff is friendly and capable and the service service department is very professional.

Our salesman, Will Oese, spent the day finding us the perfect vehicle. We spoke to him months before our lease was due, he was very knowledgeable and sent us different options. When we scheduled the appointment, we were only coming in to look at cars, but we had such an awesome experience with Will, that we left with a new car same day. Overall very good experience dealing with Lester Glenn GMC/Buick. 1st time leasing a small SUV I've always had cars. Getting used to it, A special shout out to Gregg Harris & Donna McGlockin /Lester Glenn,Toms River they made the whole process quick & easy & answered all our questions. The maintenance was added to the deal and that sold us. When I took the car home I noticed a small mark on the spoiler I went back in to have them look at it & he had the car detailed for me & when I went in to pick up my plates I asked Gregg to look into something for me & he kept his word and called me back as soon as he got the answer the next day. I very much appreciated that. They made my car buying experience a good one & made sure I was happy. That will make me want to come back in 3 years at the end of my lease. If there are any issues big or small, I am made aware of. The only issue I had was making the appointment online. Once I made a call, it was taken care of immediately.

I had a very good experience dealing with Jim Curley. Sales person, Carlos Martinez, was knowledgable and helpful. Big John is good down to earth person. They definitely break the mold of "typical" auto dealerships. I bought a used vehicle and feel like it was a brand new purchase. Vehicle is in perfect condition, in fact truck came with trial subscription to Sirius radio. And Jim Curley sent a voucher for a free oil change, even though they had already changed the oil for the sale. Plus they fixed some items on the truck that other dealerships would of put on me to fix. I can go on and on of the bad experiences at other dealerships. Jim Curley definitely has my business.
