From the first time I set foot on the Buick car lot, Beau set off a great car search experience for me and my family. Not only was he awesome but everyone I met there was warm, friendly and caring. The O'Fallon Buick GMC not only brought back my faith in a car salesperson but also purchasing at a car dealership. From the salesman to the financial department each person took time to make sure you understood exactly what was happening. Hopefully, I want have to purchase another car for a while, but if so, I know where to go.

This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.

Service Advisor, Kevin Gromer, was very helpful and professional. The tech, Ryan Hellrung, worked through lunch to complete the repair that day. Hats off to both of these Lou Fusz employees.

Brought my daughter to look at a new car. Put her in touch with Brook Winter. She walked away with a new GMC Arcadia. She is so very happy with her new SUV. She also was so pleased at the service she received from the time we entered the door until we left 3 hours later. We now have 2 Cadillacs and now she has her SUV. The guys at Jim Trenary were quick and efficient. Affable too. They got my car in, checked it out, and changed the battery pretty fast.

Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it

After putting off looking for vehicles, as in the past it was usually not a pleasant experience, we stopped at Behlmann GMC. We were fortunate to have been greeted by Doug Johnson.
