Everything was planned and went well. They fixed it in one day which was really important to me since I did not have another mode of transportation.

Engine light came on and I needed an oil change. Service representative called and asked if I needed my car today or if they could keep it till the next morning. They wanted a master mechanic to check it out. I got a call the next morning, my car was ready. Great service!

I had a minor repair (windshield fluid tank) that was a $98 part and $300 labor. Explaining it would be difficult to pay the labor, the Service Dept. connected me to the Body Shop whose labor was considerably less. The Receptionist went above and beyond to get me Shuttled from and back to the shop during the repair. It makes a difference when people do their jobs with excellent service which is what happened for me.

James was my sales person. He was kind and patient while I test drove a bunch of cars. He was highly professional, and I would highly recommend him as a sales person. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible.

I recently purchased a new GMC terrain from Andy Moore Buick in fishers Indiana my salesman James Bogan and Ahmed Nasfi Were absolutely the best I am an older lady and I have purchased several vehicle in my life and I think dealing with Andy Moore and these two gentlemen was probably the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle so my hat is off to both of them and I would highly recommend either one of these two. They were both great and by the way, I love my new car.

This past Saturday, my wife, kids, and I went to a few dealerships before Andy Mohr and we either couldn't find a truck we liked or the numbers just didn't work. I purchased a 2019 camaro ss yesterday, Rodney was a great salesman, staff was top notch. They gave me very fair trade in for my 2015 camaro...don't care for the fact you can't see their inventory on line but they made up for it in service...Mr Roger's the finance guy was great to work with....highly recommended love my camaro HOT car !!
