Used GMC Terrain SLE for sale near El Mirage, AZ

I went and purchased a used 4runner from Hertz and it was EXACTLY what car buying experience SHOULD always be. I even got there a little bit earlier than the open hours but I was greeted right away by Joseph W., who from the very start, listened to what specifically I wanted and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't want/need. Joseph is an awesome guy to buy a car from. I am not a first time buyer, and I went expecting the classic annoying car salesman behavior, but never once, for even a second, did I feel like Joseph did not have my best interest in mind (That is something very strange in car dealerships). Once I was finalizing the deal and thought that the experience couldn't have went better, I even got a discount and free rentals just for being a Hertz Gold Member, awesome ! I would highly recommend Hertz, and more specifically this location due to its great team, to anyone buying a car who wants to know they are getting the best deal possible and working with truly honest people.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

One of the most attractive looking t cars GMC has ever designed. Looks just like a Lexus. Extremely roomy. Love every aspect of my Terrain.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

I am an active military member stationed in Virginia. I was in the market for a small vehicle for my Daughter who attends school in Arizona. As you know, car buying can be a tricky, complex, and at times be a downright sleezy experience. My situation was made a little worse due to my inability to actually travel to Phoenix to make the purchase. This meant that my wife and Daughter, neither of which has ever purchased a vehicle, had to close the deal. I reached out to several dealerships in the vicinity of I17 and Bell road, most of which had fair advertised prices. However, once I got into the details that determine the out the door price, the shady/sleezy part showed its head. Mandatory tint, mandatory paint protection, extra charge for warranty, extra charge for a cash deal. All garbage used to justify a lower advertised price and prey on clients with inexperience, low credit or low IQ. There was no way I was sending my family into that mess. One of the many discussions I had with the many dealerships was with a man name Brian Cruz at the Bell road Hertz location. From moment one he gave it to me straight. No haggle means no haggle. Can't adjust the costs to meet my budget. The deal advertised is the deal. We worked through the numbers and not only were they fair but they were also considerably lower than the competition. No kidding $2,000 less than the next nearest competitor for the same car and mileage. I know Brian doesn't get to set prices or sales policy at Hertz but he does get to be part of it. Thank you Brian and thank you Hertz for cutting an honest and fair deal from moment one in the process. I will recommend you to anyone in my circle of family and friends! Enemies can go across the street!

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

I actually have not been able to get to this location as of yet, but so far, the attention I am getting from the staff is great! I've been needing a "new" car, and they have what I want in stock....it's all just a matter of symmetrics now. I look forward to dealing with them in person when I find the perfect fit for me there.

My wife and I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago, and now that it’s time for me to get a new car, I went back. We had such a positive experience the first time, that I knew that’s where I wanted to be. Brian, who helped us last time recognized me right away and even remembered my wife’s and my name! I wasn’t pressured at all and he showed me every car I wanted to look at and allowed me to drive each and every one. I have leased a new 2018 GMC Terrain from Coulter Motor of Tempe. I have previously purchased other vehicles at the same dealership. Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!
