I recently bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV from Shottenkirk Nissan Katy and cannot be more impressed with the outstanding customer service that I received. Zeb Poindexter (Sales Associate) and Marco Compean (General Sales Manager) went out of their way to help my family purchase this car. In my first conversation with Zeb, I told him about my bad experiences with other car dealerships and how it was hard for me to trust a car salesman. Zeb listened to my concerns and asked me to give him a chance, because he cares about the customer and helping them find the right car. I am SO glad that I trusted Zeb, as he was kind throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help my family get the exact car that we needed. Gary was great made me feel welcomed and he made the process easy and kept me informed on everything. Whole thing took about an 45 minutes.

Our Epace was nearing its lease end and we reached out to Abraham to set a time to get an assessment to decide our best option. We noticed an FPace in the showroom and Abraham let us test drive. We asked about pricing so Abraham got Daniel involved and presented us some incentives, as far as, taking car of our last payments, financing rates, and other dealer incentives. We walked out with a brand new FPace without intention and probably the best buying experience for an auto.
