April 17, I contacted your dealership about a Toyota 2006 4 door. Brett called me that night to talk about the vehicle I wanted. I called him the next day with a request about certain maintenance had been jdone. He called me back and told me, but i told him I wanted to see the maintenance tickets, he said he could send it to me, but he would have to block out customer name and address. I received it and call Brett letting him know that I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra SR5 just like what i was looking at, and I would be trading it in. I told him Iwas not interested if he was going to low ball me , since mine had only 145,000 miles. He ask me to send in pictures of my vehicle and he would let me know somewhat a trade might be. I knew would the trade would only be a ballpark price until you had a chance to look at it. We live in Paris Texas and told him I did not want to drive two and one half hours to get there and the trade was going to be low. I wanted the 4 door since I have a 4 door access cab. I had to call him on the second day after sending pictures to see if he had to receive. Brett said he would let me know. It is Thursday and I still have not heard from him. If he did not think we could trade, why not call customer and let him know. When he thought he had an easy deal he contacted me. I am an old man and I do not mind be told no. I have purchased 4 Lexus from Sewell down the road from you, they have the greatest salesman, they will call you regardless if you can make a deal. I donot believe I would ever say buy from Sewell Cadilac to another person

Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.

The dealer reached out to me on a Sunday evening to work with my on my inquiry and had almost all the offer work done by the time I showed up to look at the car the next day. Made it as easy as possible for me!

Tom Caufield was AMAZING! He helped me purchase a car for my mom who lives in Texas while I was in Virginia. He went above and beyond, taking the car for my mom to test drive, helping me through the loan process, and finally dropping the car off to my mom in spectacular condition. I was asked when I needed my truck back, I alex for 2pm. I never got a call, and when I went to the dealership at 3pm because u didn't get a call back, I was told my recall was not done and it would be 45 minutes longer. Very disappointing the lack of communication. There service department was slow and I never got av return call. I was not able to wait so had to take my truck. I would continue to go to Ewing but they will not take the service plan I bought from freeman when I purchased my truck. Keep in mind we've purchased five trucks from freeman in the last two years.
