I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could...I spent 25 years in the car business and most of it in upper management. I was coming from several hours away and my Sales Mgr Aaron Havill made me comfortable enough to make the trip with confidence. Aaron greeted me promptly and the vehicle was standing tall inside the showroom delivery lane, looking better in person than the multiple pics and videos Aaron had personally sent me. My salesperson Aaron Mohler made the test drive, setup and final legwork of the deal equally as pleasant. Adell Hilson completed my paperwork and extended warranty transaction timely and professionally. The "Product Specialist" (AKA Sales person), Larry Hendrie was great! He carefully walked me through the process of what was needed to secure the Used vehicle I wanted to purchase that I found via the internet. I drove 200+ miles to get it! He was very accommodating assisting me with completing my navigation plans that allowed me to travel to NY to purchase the car. Larry was also very attentive sending me a reminder about our upcoming appointment and also called later in the day to be sure I made it home safely with no concerns about the vehicle. Don't be fooled by just low prices - they all pay the same for vehicles. These guys know how to order new trucks with the right packages that won't cost you an extra arm and a leg. Save thousands by knowing how to order the right option packages on your next vehicle. Some dealers don't know how and you either get a truck with too many stupid options or not enough.

It was a very comfortable buying experience and Sami was great! The finance department worked well with us, as well. We are enjoying our new vehicle.

Positives: 1. They offered me a fair value for my trade in. 2. They were willing to match the best deal I had found on a similarly equipped vehicle in the area. 3. Everyone at the dealership is very nice. Negatives: 1. One caution I'll share has to do with the finance/business manager experience. He's very charismatic, very charming, a good salesman some might say. He will attempt to sell you on the usual extra services and coverage. Then he'll go through a presentation on the manufacturers warranty compared to a 3rd party warranty. That little presentation includes some inaccuracies. He either hasn't read the contract or lacks proper understanding of how it works. He will then reassure you, that you can get a full refund within 30 days after you've had time to read the contract and lookup reviews. However, this is only partially true. In the state of Iowa extended warranties are taxable contracts. When they show you the price, it doesn't include the sales tax. That will only be shown once you've agreed to the price and go through the signing process. (red flag #1) Please Note: you will not have internet service inside his office and their public wifi does not work. If you attempt to cancel the contract that they sell as fully refundable within the first 30 days, prorated after that, you will find out that they will refuse to refund the tax they collected (even if it's just 1 business day after your purchase) and claim once it's sent to the state they don't get it back and won't be able to refund it to you. This is what some might call a lie by omission. (red flag #2). By the way, they don't sell the GM Extended warranty (likely because they don't make as much money on it), but if you're interested in it, it's significantly cheaper and you can get it for 12 months longer and 10k mile more coverage than the 3rd party warranty they offer. (red flag #3) All in all, I'm happy with my purchasing experience and would buy from them again. I'll just be on guard a little more when it comes to meeting with the business/finance manager. I know they have to make their money to, I just don't like being lied to. Even if it was just an error I think they should have made it right which they did not do. I hope this review helps someone be a little better prepared than I was.

Love this dealership, just leased my 3rd car, special thanks to Jason, and Sales guys including Zach, Keith, Shelby, Josh, John Louie and Rich in Finance and the service department. They are professional, and really try to work with you to get you what you want and the best deal! I will never go anywhere else!!
