No one was willing to deal with what my main goal was and what I wanted and if they did, they were extremely rude and non personable. Shopping for a car for my granddaughter we visited Demontrond Volkswagen in Spring one afternoon. Steave Castillo(Cajina) ,sales consultant, met us outside and proceeded to show us the cars and answer all our questions. Great salesman, no high pressure. After checking other dealerships we returned to Demontrond and completed our purchase.

I was concerned and very disappointed that there were no loaner cars available when I delivered my vehicle for warranty service. This was alarming, especially when it was determined that the items needed for the repairs were on extended backorder. Beck & Masten did make good on the situation by paying the cost of a rental car. The service personnel did a great job in keeping me updated, throughout the process.

The actual service and customer service was excellent but the timing of the service was a little too long. I came in for an oil change and it took me an hour and thirty minutes. I had an appointment was checked in 15 minutes before appointment time. But overall I would definitely recommend this location because they have great customer service and servicing.

My overall experience with Classic Elite was very good! The people were great. My service advisor was Holly Widman and she was great to work with. The only drawback was the time it took.
