We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Coulter dealerships have been very good to me with the vehicles I have bought from them in the past. Coulter Cadillac was the best experience yet. I got a great deal and I know it! The deal was mostly done on line and did not change the day the xt6 was picked up. This is not the usual dealership experience. No wonder Coulter has been around for 100 years. I had never taken my Sierra Denali in on a Saturday before and found the staff very efficient. Miranda Collier is well informed and very efficient. I was very pleased with the service and my pickup came back oil changeed, tires checked, and vehicle washed-- pleasant surprise! It needed it! Suggestion, I arrived at ~7:15 am and waited at the gate to the service department. There was a long line of vehicles after me. The gate infront of Express lub was opened first and the back of the vehicle queue or line came in and formed 3 lines. the service deparment gate was opened so I ended up well behind where I intended. Suggest opening the service department gate first because it gives more space for the vehicles to queue (long line) that is off the street. Another suggestion is to place cones that direct the traffic into two lines, if that is what is desired. Vehicles had to back up and jockey some back and forth to get into two lines keeping everyone in sequence behind those that came in express gate but were actually at the back of the vehicle queue. The young man helping was very courteous and thoughtfu in the process.

It was great. We love the new truck! here are the rest of the twenty-five words. why do you make giving feedback so difficult. I am not inclined to use cars.com again, but i do like this dealership.
