I purchased a pre-owned certified CX-5 in great condition which I absolutely love to drive. Ryan McGuire helped me to realize all this vehicle had to offer as I spend a great deal of time on the road. He was truly the bright spot of this purchase (besides the car)! I always dread the actual sales process (haggling over trade-in price, the "real" sales price of the new vehicle, etc.) and it still was not the most enjoyable experience despite excellent credit and a very clean trade-in. However, the service department, particularly Joe Smith, provides excellent service for regular maintenance (no need for repairs yet). As for the facility itself I hope the employees one day have the new building they deserve!

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. It was a very easy experience, I was in and out very fast, ever question got answered and Gary crane was a very big help with not leaving and lose ends and making sure I had the right truck for me before I left, he was very helpful and made the process simple, cut and dry! Purchased my vehicle new from dealer 40 miles from home, original preferred dealer closed . Choose Tulley due to location (15mi.) and positive feedback from my son who had service performed on his vehicle. First time at this dealer so it was a little confusing on where to go but I figured it out was pointed to waiting area and ultimately had to ask were to pay bill and retrieve keys. Suggest that for first time visit some direction on where/how to bring vehicle in for service also an escort to waiting area and pointing out. rest rooms, payment area etc.. My only concern was that whoever worked on my vehicle transferred cigarette smoke odor into interior of my truck either from their clothing, hands or location/proximity to smoking area. Drove home with windows opened and left them partially down overnight to resolve/abate issue. I was genuinely pleased with with prompt recall service and will definitely return and perhaps purchase next vehicle from Tulley
