TRUE STORY! As we all know, in today’s world you gotta keep up with the wild Wild West internet because nosey people like me look for salesman off of reviews. Then, of course, I checked out social media, finding we had some mutual friends on Facebook. I reached out directly to him bypassed the automated system, all the gatekeepers and he delivered the facts and solutions via a couple texts and just like that he hand picked the perfect car for my mom! But, hold on, now he had to meet my mom and show her how to use her new high tech car!!!!!! This is where I got nervous, but once again Kyle showed his versatility and slowed it down and stepped into the older generation of baby boomers to explain and teach my non tech mom how to use touchscreen and Siri right from her steering wheel. Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

Recently I started a hunt for vehicle something I dread doing but I had a pleasurable experience this time. The manager was very nice and did not hard sell me which made me run out of other dealership down the road.
