Shopping for a car for my granddaughter we visited Demontrond Volkswagen in Spring one afternoon. Steave Castillo(Cajina) ,sales consultant, met us outside and proceeded to show us the cars and answer all our questions. Great salesman, no high pressure. After checking other dealerships we returned to Demontrond and completed our purchase.

Had trouble getting my car after service. I was waiting on my car but they parked it in the lot. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it. Had my air filter replaced but they didn?t reset it.

He was Very Helpful. and made me understood what needed to be done. Also help my mother with her gmc as well and help us set up our gmc app.

Jhonathan and his manager were seriously the best and friendliest salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When I buy a vehicle, I shop around for weeks/months. No one was willing to deal with what my main goal was and what I wanted and if they did, they were extremely rude and non personable. Chris explained each and every step of the process we would go through from the test drive to the purchase of the vehicle. Had a great experience with Wesley, as they needed to do some warranty work and also a few other things on my vehicle. The parts for warranty were being ordered, so he was able to complete the other work, and let me have my vehicle back for the weekend!!

I was concerned and very disappointed that there were no loaner cars available when I delivered my vehicle for warranty service. This was alarming, especially when it was determined that the items needed for the repairs were on extended backorder. Beck & Masten did make good on the situation by paying the cost of a rental car. The service personnel did a great job in keeping me updated, throughout the process.

The actual service and customer service was excellent but the timing of the service was a little too long. I came in for an oil change and it took me an hour and thirty minutes. I had an appointment was checked in 15 minutes before appointment time. But overall I would definitely recommend this location because they have great customer service and servicing.

Exceptional customer service. My Salesman Doyle and his Manager Zack listened to my needs and got me in a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for. They were very helpful and not at all pushy. Made my car buying experience easy! Will definitely be back when it's time for another vehicle!
