Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

Although every staff member that helped me was pleasant and helpful, Anthony Botello was the main sales consultant that helped me throughout the process. He was always pleasant, prompt, and above all incredibly honest. He was everything you'd hope a person would be to work with when buying or selling a vehicle. He helped me with my vehicle and made it painless and quick. Although all staff at this dealership are great, I was so thankful I got to work with Anthony. I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

Big O Auto was a real nice experience. They had a real nice Honda that was really rebuilt well. Jackson even went so far as to give me a virtual test drive. Yes. He recorded the drive and showed that everything worked and that there were no CELs. And even tho I’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks, it’s driving great. Big O Auto is a nice place to do business.

Have grandchildren with sporting equipment. I have a heavy boat and a steep slippery boat ramp. Family weekends and vacations need grandpa and his Yukon XL. Little ones watch movies on long trips. They are very quiet when occupied. Had suburbans from 1985 until Yukon XLs beginning 2001.

I have owned Jeeps since the early 80's, but they did not have anything in their lineup that suited my taste. I wanted a full sized SUV and this is the mac-daddy of SUVs. The one I bought had the Denali trim and on top of that it had the Denali Ultimate package which gives you all the bells and whistles.

I love the Yukon. It needs a few censors changed out but it drives so smooth. Very glad we made the choice to purchase it

Vehicle is very nice and has all the bells and whistles. I bought it to pull a 26 ft Airstream and it does the job but not great, could use more power for towing. It is difficult now to find a vehicle to pull a large trailer. I didn't want a pickup because I haul a large dog that takes up the entire back seat. I wish they still made the 3 quarter ton Yukon with the larger motor like I used to have. You could haul anything with it. The Yukon XL with the 6.2 motor just barely does the job.

I highly recommend coming here if you want a stress-free car-buying experience! The price is a "no haggle" price, so you know exactly what to look for right up front.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.
