I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

My truck was in for warranty work . I had a 7 oclok appointment. Trk didn't get diagnosed until closing time late afternoon . I did get to drive it fixed the next afternoon before closing time . I am grateful that warranty took care of problem (fuelpump) . The ser techs could do a better job communicating to the custs waiting for their vehicles . I had to call everytime to find out what was happening with my vehicle . Other then that all the other people I felt w was very over the top nice and informative .

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. He was very helpful in showing me all the features in my new Ford Fusion and how to use them. Steve is an awesome guy! He is hilarious for the finance guy! Overall my experience was excellent. Collision repair was excellent. Waiting time at service desk to pick up vehicle was rather long. Felt like I was being ignored while she made several phone calls.
