traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Had an excellent experience during the buying process. My only complaint is that there was a small issue with the truck. A plastic piece around the steering column was loose, not a big deal but I wanted it fixed. Sales person was right on it, took it back to service and brought the truck back after about 30-45 minutes and said they are going to order the part and we'll call you when it arrives. I get a call the next day from the service manager, he explains that my information wasn't in the system yet and that there was a miscommunication between the sales person and the service department so they couldn't create a service ticket to get the part ordered. He asked if I could bring the truck in again so they could find out what part they needed to order and that I'll need to bring it back once the part arrives. I live 30 minutes away from the dealership so making an extra trip is a little bit of an inconvenience. The service manger was very nice and did apologize for the mistake and the inconvenience. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect just a bit of a let down. I would still recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. This is the only interaction I've had with the Service department so far, so I'm hoping everything goes well.

Everything was ready when I arrived and within an hour,including test drive, we were on our way. Got what I think was a fair offer for my trade and was treated very well through the entire process. I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Excellent service from beginning to end! This was a routine oil change and tire rotation and everything went as scheduled with no issues identified.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....
