Fabulous experience! In less than two hours, I had taken a road test and completed all of the paperwork for a cash sale. William was awesome.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Good crew over at Bryan Jeffery Motors. I live in Kodiak and was looking for a used car and came across this dealership. The logistics for getting the vehicle to Kodiak requires a few steps but we were able to get it here with no issues. Pretty easy to get a hold of the guys at Bryan Jeffery Motors and usually heard back on questions within a day, if not same day. Had to have someone look over and test drive the vehicle and the crew was pretty flexible with their schedule. My buying process was pretty simple and didn't require a loan or any financial lending, so I don't have too much feedback on any in-house financing or work with banks. Had to pay extra to get the vehicle to Whittier to be put on the ferry but was appreciative that they were able to do that. Appreciated their ability to get an auto-start installed and winter tires changed over before shipping to Kodiak. Only negative feedback would be that the gas gauge was pretty much on empty when I received the vehicle, but that's about it. I am very pleased with the purchase and am loving my vehicle so far! Definitely would recommend others looking at Bryan Jeffery Motors for a vehicle.

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

This truck is great if your not trying to haul 10k lbs. For every day use it's great on gas and I fit everything I need in the bed.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.
