This was one of the most honest dealers we have ever worked with. Not only did they offer to replace the windshield (without being asked), they gave us some gas money for gas since the gas tank was nearly empty. I most heartily give this dealership 5 stars!

This van has been really reliable. Ours is a SLE model we bought new. Have done the routine receommend maintenance and only had to replace things that have worn out, radiator, brake master cylinder, battery, hatch struts. The enegine heeded to have the intake manifold gaskets replaced at 190K miles. Been using 100% synthetic oil since 100K miles. Now has 198K miles. Fuel economy has been consistant at 16-17 city and 18-19 hwy, not the greatest, but considering the other large vehicles that would replace it, we have been no worse for the wear. The seats are comfortable. It holds up to eight persons. Drives nice on long trips. We ahve gone across the country in it two times, with our family of five and related luggage. There are interior power outlets in front and rear.

We were looking for a van on line and hit on a vehicle at Burkholder Truck Sales, with what looked to be the condition, low mileage, competitive price, and an available Carfax that we wanted. My wife arrived at Burkholder Truck Sales early in the morning the next day and from the appearance of the extensive facilities, well organized and tidy, to the friendly and professional interaction with Wilmer Burkholder; she found the establishment to be run with pride of ownership. Most importantly, the van was what had been described both on-line, over the phone, and a few hours later, per the results of our mechanic?s inspection. Later that evening, we quickly completed the paperwork and drove away in our new van. Bottom line, the van was what had been advertised; Burkholder Truck Sales dealt with us honestly, were accommodating of our requests, and interactions were friendly and professional. We therefore highly recommend Burkholder Truck Sales.

Excellent Van, very comfortable, reliable, excellent for long trips...sorry not good on gas (city) but I rather be comfortable and safe than trying to save a buck on gas.

Saw truck on their website it was reasonably priced and looked very clean. Drove hour and half to get there was not dissapointed. Merlin was great to deal with upfront and honest. Facilities were very nice and clean. Buying process was simple and easy unlike big dealerships. Truck runs great will return when looking for another vehicle. Friendly courtious customer service! this is the 3rd one in our family. highest towing capacity of any mini van. loved the reliability. although, this is the first van that i had a lot of small issues with ac compressor/steering pump/idler/shocks that were taken care in the extended warranty. solid vehicle with lots of room to carry things and the roof rack is very useful.

I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

It's an awesome family van. Plenty of room with lots of space. And overall lots of fun to not only drive but to.ride along in as well.

Very reliable. Never let me down from the day I owned it. Just wish it was easier to change the spark plugs as I like to do basic tune-ups myself.

George was amazing, despite me calling after hours he answered and provided me all the information I asked for. On the day of, he checked in and made sure everything was right. This is a used/salvaged car lot, do not expect to find a clean car here, the cars will all need some for of work, the trade off is you will find amazing deals if your willing to put in the TLC.

On top of that, they are so friendly, honest and reasonable that you feel more like you’re buying from family than from a used car salesman. I was on a website looking for a used low mile F150 , and on mora Chevrolet and Buick they had one I was interested in so I called them and talked to Brittany and asked questions about the truck she said I go outside and look under the truck and see ,wow that is service, when I got off the phone I was happy to take the 1.5 hr ride to check this truck out , when I got there we took the truck for a drive and I loved the truck as advertised, then I told her I wanted the truck and she introduced me to Todd H. I have owned this van for 8 years, I've only spent about $200 in maintenance costs. The van is capable to haul 8 passengers in comfort. Visibility is surprisingly good, with very little in the way of blind spots like some vans. The stout little Vortec V6 has plenty of power even when fully loaded, and can achieve 20 MPG highway. Rear entry is easily accessed through the lift glass hatch and/or lower "barn" doors.
