What a wonderful experience I had!!! I was visiting family in Danville, Ky from Rochester, New York and buying a new car wasn’t even in my wheelhouse. My son in law showed me a picture of a 2023 Nissan Rogue that had been traded in 2 days prior. Off we went to see it before they closed on Saturday June 21. Ethan Belcher who is FANTASTIC arranged for Christian to be waiting for us with the keys and off we went! It was a done deal. The perfect car for me! Christian was waiting for us upon return. He made everything perfectly smooth. A deposit was given, Cody handled that professionally and away we went back to my daughter’s home. I couldn’t change my plans to stay later than planned and HAD to head home 2 days later on Monday . HOW in the world am I going to get this car home 600 miles away!?! Ethan and Christian arranged to do the financial part on the phone on Tuesday …. I signed everything online AND I was told my car would be DELIVERED to my driveway on Thursday!!!!! WHAT????? Sure enough Thursday evening Steve Field and Randy Gilbert arrived, unloaded my new car, parked it in my driveway, handed me an envelope with all the paperwork AND put a Ky. temporary tag/ license plate on it! They were completely professional, helpful and this 71 year old grandmother is one HAPPY and satisfied lady!!!!!!! You don’t see this type of professionalism often these days. I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

I am always greeted by my name. They are always very kind and listen and tempted when I tell them something is wrong with the car? Even though I don?t know much about it. They make sure I know what needs to be done right away for safety reasons or what can wait a little while. I certainly appreciate that!

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Truthfully it was confusing! All your cars were very arriving until you looked at miles then cost. Then read on this were l got confused reading everything and finding out it may have been wrecked and all of the hotspots were they fixed or not especially the comments about the car . I absolutely don’t know who to believe business is business l was evolved in a that continually was bottom line whatever it took lie, scam sell reversed for new well to be honest they went out of business and you know 30 years later they haven’t learned anything. But lm still a believer some people are still honest yes and lm still hoping you can find a white Acura tlx excellent condition inside and out inline 4 272 hp and guarantee me everything is fixed and runs great no electrical hiccups to equipment on dash low mileage 20t or less good tires AS breaks great condition as if your buying for your son either aspec technical and maybe check utube Acura tlx l appreciate your valuable help and advice and interest thanks!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Sales man was very professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. I was very satisfied. if and when I buy another new truck, I will go back to Don Franklin in Somerset, Kentucky.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .
