They didn’t help me as I thought they would and they made no communication with client. Very in organized. They sold my car and it was already on hold. And promises things that cannot be kept promises
The best truck I ever owned

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
Ricardo was a very nice salesperson. He was very helpful and he answered all my questions and concerns. I strongly recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable about vehicle products. He honest and kind and is cery willing to go the extra mile for his customers.
Ricardo rocks!!!! Sincerely Lynn Kershaw.

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
Luke was great I had a great buying experience! I would definitely recommend this place to everybody!

Overall I really like it and enjoy it but the little things annoy me terribly. Re: cracks in dash and rear door window motors and a/c relay, when they know something is bad and put it in anyway. I think of the challenger space craft??
If you want the best selection, the best customer service, the best experience in buying a vehicle, you need to come the University Chevrolet ! My husband and I couldn't have ask for any better treatment from Mark, Murphy, John, Taz and James. They are a class act and know their business! And the service advisors, Alison, Marty and John did an awesome job taking care of us and answering any questions we had. You're not going to find a better team than this! Thank you University team!!
I love it

This 2013 GMC Sierra SLE rides like a luxury car.
Low road noise, smooth ride, great features, looks good, and is very comfortable.
James Murphy did a very good job assisting me with purchasing my car. Mr. Sheldon was a huge help as well! I am so pleased with my purchase!
Great truck for towing or daily driver.

Great truck and a stylish daily driver! Purchased it new and currently have 14,000 miles on it. Use to be a Ford truck guy but I’m not disappointed with the switch. Only two issues with it since new. The outside ambient temperature sensor was not giving correct temperature. Also, the wireless charging pad on the center console never worked. As it turns out, all the 2017’s with this feature didn’t work. GM developed a replacement charging pad but did not cover the replacement under warranty. It cost me $275.00 to have it retrofitted with the new charging pad. It looks identical to the old pad except this one works on my IPhone X and my wife’s Samsung. How can GM sell a feature that doesn’t work in first place and the charge you to have it fixed?? That’s the subject of another conversation.
Very comfortable truck that gives everyone plenty of room. It rides very well. This truck demonstrated its reliability very capably while we were at dog show in Virginia. The grounds were saturated already by hurricane Florence and another storm system dumped more rain for an additional three days. It turned the fields into a slick liquid mud that left everyone around us stuck. Our truck’s 4 wheel drive system made quick work of the situation and we were mobile and able to get out. I did spend the next day with a power washer dislodging the mud caked on the underside but we did not get stuck.
I have purchased over 18 vehicles from Vic Osborn. He has taken care of all my needs as a salesman and as friend over the years. He has grown to know my kids as they become drivers. My wife and I trust Vic Osborn . He is a man of his word. If you are going to buy a Toyota , Vic will make sure you are satisfied as an owner.
Will be my next purchase

I like the look. Was looking at an AWD model. 20-30mpg going from a 12mpg truck. I recommend the leather interior quality seemed better than cloth for sure
Love shopping here. This is my 5th Toyota. Adam Walker was very personable, helpful, and professional. I was a hard sale but he did it and I am very pleased. The folks are friendly and I got a great CHR. I will return for my next Toyota. The showroom was very clean. Thanks Adam.

I got a great deal on this truck! I wish half ton trucks had a stance more like a 3/4 or 1 ton truck. But this is an amazing truck for the value!
1st class from start to finish. Will definetely buy from them again and would readily recommend to others.
Very comfortable but MPG is terrible.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
Rob Clater helped me from start to finish. Explained everything and even got my payment $95 less a month than I thought. Great job Rob.

Overall the style an sleek look is nice however the famous 2.4 engine is a night mare an constant headaches constantly check engine lights or another issue which gmc an the dealership refuse to make right
it was very good, but a costly event. Had to be done. My go to person is Cecil Staggs, he is awesome.
This is a great truck!

I own the 6.2L 1500 Sierra and I love it. Although I only get 12.7mpg, the power makes up for it. I feel as though I could do anything necessary, and if the apocalypse came, it would keep me alive easily! It looks great inside and out, and I don't have to worry about any engine issues.
I walked in not expecting to get a car. But with the help of Casey Montgomery , he took my truck as a trade in and in no time I was driving out in my new car. Would definitely recommend Kia of the Shoals.

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
