Had a wonderful experience with Dylan! I wanted a car that needed to be ordered. I visited NINE different KIA stores between Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana (2 of 9 being in Kentucky). The courtesy and knowledge Dylan provided ultimately made me choose purchasing from this Kia location & with him specifically. He is not your average “pushy” car salesman - very respectful and straight forward which I appreciated as a young female car purchaser. He was reasonable to work with as far as budget goes and ensured I got exactly what I wanted (car model/color/trim). He was also communicative throughout the entire ordering process (which can take quite a bit of time), and even went the extra mile to help suggest a safe hotel location/etc as I was traveling from out of state to purchase the car. On the day of purchase was VERY patient with me. Could not recommend enough!!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

My salesperson was wonderful. Easy going and made sure not to make us feel pressured into anything. Got us a great car as well that I love so far. Only complaint I have is I contacted them concerning a different vehicle and scheduled an appointment to see it for same day. Once we got there we were informed they had sold that car as soon as we had got there. Im disappointed that this happened but still pleased with the vehicle I purchased. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership and would purchase another vehicle here again.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

Fantastic car buying experience with Carter Hancock and the Bachman Automotive Team. From keeping us posted on availability of vehicle, having vehicle ready for test drive, carfax already printed out and straight forward negotiation. Carter is a wonderful person who is both knowledgeable about Volkswagen and adds a nice personal touch to the whole experience. GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

I owned one from 2007 until 2023. Probably the best car I ever had. I traded it in on a Corolla Cross, but if I could find a factory fres 2007 Vibe, I' d buy it. The only oddity was thst I had to replace two bad water pumps, and serpentine belt. The new Corolla has too much infotainment gadgetry, and a poorly written manual by comparion.

I’m from Indianapolis but while spending a weekend in Louisville, I had an issue with my Volkswagen golf. I had it towed to Bachman on Sunday, leaving an explanation of what had occurred. I received a response early Monday morning and continued to receive updates on the progress of the service required. Issue was corrected quickly and I was able to pick up my car a day later. Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy and efficient work of their service department. When car shopping in the future, and based on this positive experience with their service department, I would feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them.

This car has plenty of legroom and headroom it's a comfortable ride with lots of power, and handles well and is fun to drive. Very impressed.

I'm the 2nd owner of a 4-door Yaris sedan w/manual transmission. I've owned it 7 years & it currently has 121K miles. Nothing has gone wrong mechanically outside of two serpentine drive belts & a new clutch. My preventative maintenance has consisted of new tires, synthetic oil changes (Amsoil oil), one major tune-up @ 100K miles w/manual transmission oil change, and recent freon. My air conditioning + heat both work great. The trunk is huge for storage. The ONLY minor annoyances are the sloping front seats & dashboard because things serm to slip off. Several mechanics have told me that this car has a problem-free 1NZ-FE engine which can easily last 300,000 - 400,000 miles with proper care. Is this car fast & zippy like a Mazda? (Um, no...) But is it reliable, practical, made in Japan, with good mileage? (Yes..!) The 2009 Yaris is also rated "AWESOME" on car complaints dot com 😀

I purchased a 2018 BMW 650i Gran Coupe sight-unseen from the dealership. My sales consultant Jacob Rymond made the process an stress-free one. i love this car, mine is the tornado red and i have put machined gold rims on it with a slightly wider tire for more road grip. i definitely recommend wider tires on this as the stockies just do not hold the road like a wider thick tire (and it looks awesome so). i have had to replace the heater blower motor resistor, easy fix took about 30 mins and the piece is 20 bucks. i also had a kick in the gut with the notoriously bad water pumps on these cars. it took a few hours, some special tools, a lot of patience, and $400 for the pump. if you buy this car beware you will have to replace the water pump at around 100k they just were not quality stock so they get broken seals and what not. you can still drive it with a bad water pump, i don't recommend, but be prepared to put coolant in it like gas as it will just keep leaking out. enough with the bad, i gave this car a high review for a reason, smoothest ride i have ever had, steers like a boss--i mean seriously no car holds curves like this one, the interior is unmatched it is so beautiful and the plain seats are unique and give great back support. i hate that the center console lacks so much storage but it has a decent sized dash to make up for it. overall this car has insane performance, holds value, and has a unique and unmatched overall look on the inside and outside. do not hesitate to buy this, the only downside is the water pump.

They were quick in diagnosing transmission problems on my Silverado, however their prices are very high. I’m getting the same service done at a transmission shop for $2,000.00 less.

I had this car for about 1 year. I purchased it as a lease return so it was well maintained. I used it for commuting to work only and was able to get to and from work on a single charge. So I've only used one tank of gas during the entire time I had it and just filled it up last week.

These guys are amazing! Our old car was on its very last legs and they helped us find a car within our budget that'll last us longer than our last three cars combined. While we waited for paperwork to go through and stuff, we had a GREAT conversation! I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

Original owner of a 2017 now with 69,000 miles. Great commuter and for running errands. Only maintenance costs were tires and the 12volt battery (not the EV battery). Motor and transmission were replaced a year ago for free under warranty due to trans bearing failure. It took them 2 months but free to me. My net cost new was $15k and it is worth that today.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.
