Sales: Jordan (salesman) helped me pick out and purchase my beautiful Eclipse Cross. He was not pushy in any way and really listened to my wants and needs. He made it a fairly quick and enoyable process for purchasing my first new car! I wish all salesmen were like him. He still greets me by name when I stop by, makes me feel like I'm more than just a sale! Service: I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and work past closing every day (I wish the service department were open for even just a few hours on Saturday). I got off work a little early and decided to drive up and see if they could fit me in. When I arrived, there was less than an hour left until they closed. Jordan (I think he's the service manager?) went back to ask the techs if they could fit me in. He then brought my car in and went over the work to be performed. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and even washed my dirty car! They didn't have to do that, but I am so grateful they did. Both Jordans, sales and service departments are amazing! After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.

I have enjoyed my 2022 Honda Civic. The ride is great, it has enough performance to get around traffic when needed. The only draw back is there have been several recalls for different issues but over all it has been a great call

I've owned this vehicle 2019-2023 (and counting). I'm 70yrs old and can say this is the best car I've ever owned. Performance, comfort and styling are 5.0. Most in my age group don't understand the Golf R until they get to drive it.

This is the second Chevrolet Sonic that I have owned. I only bought the newer 2019 vehicle because I just loved my 2016 model as well. I would like to find a 2020 in the future, as this was the last year of its manufacturing. I love all the features and how this wonderful vehicle operates and handles the road. It is reliable and good on gas, as well.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

2014 Elantra GT Manual 6 speed. 142k km. Only regular oil changes. No issues. Just changed "clutch kit" because clutch was not working at all sometimes, & slipping sometimes... turned out it was a broken spring on clutch plate. I am very happy with car. But I never had a clutch problem in my Life. I've had a standard Honda for 20 years, never a clutch problem. Cost was ~$1000 for new "clutch kit" replacement. Reasonable expense after 10 years. Overall, I am happy with 2nd hand purchase 8 years ago. Thanks.

Major Motors was very helpful with facilitating an out-of-state transaction. If you are considering this, you can be at ease. I imagine the local customer service is just as accommodating. Major Motors was, by far, the best customer service out of the several dealers I was in contact with. They also post some walk-around videos which are very helpful, and was a positive factor in my decision to execute the purchase. Now I just need a bigger garage.

I've driven a large range of vehicles, from the cheapest commuter you can buy new, to fully loaded Town Cars and Chrysler 300's and everything in between. To get straight to it: It gets the job done, and won't break while doing it. It gets decent mileage, it's a Toyota so you know it's going to outlive you, and there's lots of space so how can you go wrong? To be 100% clear, it's not very comfortable and there's no sound insulation at all, and it makes no power which means getting anywhere at a brisk pace means your foot is occasionally to the floor during regular driving. I don't see these as issues, this is part of the fun, overall I have a lot of fun in it and I don't worry about it's reliability at all. I also recommend sampling the symphony that is allowing your muffler to rust off, and giving it some redline as a treat. She's a racecar.
