I was shopping for a used Honda Pilot and found a 2018 EX-L with 72k miles, priced just below KBB, at AutoNation Acura. Reiko, my salesperson, was very friendly and accommodating, even managing to get the keys so I could hear the engine, despite the car just arriving. Happy with the vehicle, I signed the preliminary paperwork and returned Monday after the full inspection. Sean helped me then, delivering top-notch service - he even filled the tank after noticing it was only half full. Tyler handled the final paperwork and made the process smooth and comfortable. My wife has the 2011 Versa S hatchback. She had had it since 2012, it is now 2024 and she has 135,000 miles on it. It has been very solid overall with basically the regular type maintenance things: brakes, oil changes, tires. It does however go through mufflers every 3 years about. And they did one engine mount that was worn out. She does have the check engine light on currently but its probably due for spark plugs. Now the engine is a bit slower to respond to hills or when trying to pass thanbit was 12 years ago, but overall it still has enough zip. Being the S it has The auto door locks on the key fob and there is auto windows inside. Fold down the rear seats and it easliy can hold whatever we pick up from the hardware store. It has a smooth ride and most of the bumps in the road are absorbed by the suspension. Some of the paint has been peeling around the trunk and the passenger sun visor broke off, but these are minor trivialities. I have confidence she can get to 150,000 miles and at least another 3 years our of it.

I have always found everyone at this dealership to be friendly and very helpful whether is was just service or a question on the new cars. I have been bringing my wife's car here for over five years. I've never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or my wife. Straight forward with any issues. Today's cars are more complicated. I enjoy Robert's way of letting me know they found something serious. I'm very thankful they listened to my concerns and checked things out more closely than just an oil change. There's lots of good people at this dealership, I feel very comfortable coming there. I enjoy hearing great stories from people that drive over from Idaho. I believe in my heart this is where I will continue to bring my vehicles for service.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

The service department is excellent, specifically because of Patrick. He is the most attentive and caring service manager I have come across in over 50 years of driving cars. He went above and beyond in terms of looking out for me and my concerns. I couldn't more highly recommend his services.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Wonderful staff, very funny. Leo is fantastic and Zack and Barry and Mike the mechanic is very funny also . I would recommend this dealership over any other dealership in spokane and spokane valley.

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.
