I have gone yo youngblood Kia for four years now and they treat me like family every time I come in for maintenance on my Kia. Ryan is my Service Advisor and he always makes sure I am well taken care of while I wait for my car. Everyone is so nice, from the front desk to the people in the garage. Tater that sold me my Kia, yup that is what they call him, still comes and sees me every time I have an appointment. He is a awesome salesman. Youngblood is a five star place people. They don't try to sell you work on your vehicle that doesn't need done.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I bought a pre-owned Kia recently. I absolutely love it!! It came time for my first service. I was a little unsure if they would truly service it well you know like I would. To my surprise they did ,they communicated with me on everything , explained things where I could understand them. It was done in a timely fashion. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!
