I brought in my Kia Optima for an appraisal. I was greeted immediately and the process began. I had an offer within 30 min. in which I accepted. Very confident and professional staff!

Briefly: Comfortable with great seats. Superb design inside and out. Huge trunk with a wide opening, so I can fit my Cannondale road bicycle in easily (just removing the wheels),a huge plus for me: no rack needed, bike is out of sight. Reliable over 8+ years. Mileage around Boston traffic is @22mpg only. Automatic transmission is about flawless, and has plenty of power. It's noisy on acceleration if I'm asking for Zoom, but easily does the jump-ahead. Recently a passenger (one of 2) remarked at how zippy it felt. Easy to select a gear manually, which is terrific. I can select 2nd gear for my s-l-o-w-l-y getting it up on my ramps to do my oil changes. Also, in snow or slippery conditions, starting is a self-selected 2nd gear reduces slippage. Only negatives: I HATE that as soon as the car is put into Park, all doors automatically unlock and the dome light comes on. Very NOT safe in any environment. I have to instantly relock the doors from the driver armrest lock button. An exhaust emissions cannister needed replacement, but covered under my warranty! Battery has needed replacement twice. Original lasted 5 years. "Kia" replacement battery had poor lifespan, just over 3! Most of the indicator lamps (tail lights, brake, etc. are accessible and need to be because the bulbs don't last a long time. But, I have 108,000 miles, so that's lost of bulb "on" time. There is a difficult-to-reach front side marker bulb. A person with small, dexterous hands can get to it its fixture, which presents a wide 'tab' end to grasp and turn. There is NO NEED to pull the headlight unit, as one garage mechanic told me he'd have to do. It took a young tech at my dealer (Herb Chambers, Burlington MA) just minutes to replace the bulb. The car has been just a total pleasure to own and drive. Oh: the base radio has a CD player! The sound of the system is pretty crappy compared with my earlier Mazda sedan, but it works. Steering wheel up/down buttons control everything with ease. Tuner allows saving 12 stations under the 6 buttons.

Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

It is now 2024, my Fit is a bought new 2013. Still drives like new. It's a little light, keeps you attentive to the road, the back seats are a little firm, but this car holds everything. All the ways you can configure the interior is amazing. If anyone thinks this car is weak, remember the peak horsepower is 6800 RPM. Run it out and feel the Vtec boost. Heat, A/C, ell that works well. Stereo has good sound, and you can connect iPhone through USB and track and volume is controlled by radio head. Body design still looks modern.

After the horrifying wreck I thought I could never love another car like the last one. Then the fabulous sales staff at Carmax Kennesaw helped me find My beautiful Chrysler 200. She purrs like a kitten and handles like a dream. I couldn't be happier.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

It is a good car no matter for work or travel. It offers a good space with comfortable seats, even driving 4 hours won't make you feel tired. When you switch to sport mode, it is super fast, reach 60mph in 5 seconds, it is hard to imagine such a big car can run so fast. Only thing is the low fuel efficiency, and difficult for parking because of the big size.

The dealer know exactly what I wanted and what I can afford in my budget and he shot me up and I had a very good experience with him he was kind and gentle

If you want a sporty high-performing car that gets over 100mpg in short trips, this is the car for you! Amazingly corners and the fastest car from a dead-stop of any car I've owned and this is of course due largely to the fact it is a high-performing hybrid.

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

Because I purchased on a weekend evening, I was unable to apply for financing. I was told they were closed.. I still purchased the vehicle. I’m overall satisfied with my purchase.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I literally needed a car ASAP in 2019 and didn’t have cash to buy one used for a best value, so I financed a FIT from my local dealer. I did research the FIT and I compared it to other compact makers, and I chose FIT because of the mpg, interior versatility and styling. I also had put Honda as one of my choices because of the long history of reliability, the research was global, everyone is in agreement that Honda is reliable. I also looked at insurance and repair costs by searching for typical parts like shocks, tires, wipers, and these are all in the very cheap range. The interior versatility is by far the greatest advantage when combined with the great mpg, this car is so useful to me. I had once owned a SUV, and aside from super large items like 4x8 plywood sheets, this car hauls anything and efficiently. I would say the only downside is power, the FIT is spirited but revs up quick so that small efficient engine does get on the highway quick and cruises any day at 70, but pacing the fast lane with a Merc or Porsche 718 coming up behind you is not happening. With that said you can haul way more stuff for pennies compared to those cars, it’s all about your own priority situation. As a commuter car it can’t be beat, as a performance rod it stays in the slow lane. Oil changes are easy to do yourself, I change my FIT oil every 4000, oil and filter every 7000 which costs less than half of what is charged by service techs and much cleaner for your engine.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

The car rides great and with the plug in feature gives me an extra 25 miles gas free every time I plug in. The instrumentation is a little complicated but once you learn there are many features that are very helpful. Voice activated calling and GPS are my two favorite and also charging my phone wirelessly.
