I brought my car in for an inspection and found out my rotors & brake pads needed to be replaced. Nate, in Hyundai service, was SUPER helpful! He showed me what the problem was and gave me an estimate. Hyundai needed to keep my car overnight to complete the work. Nate was able to give me a loaner vehicle which really made my life easier! My car was ready the next day before the promised time, and the repair cost a bit less than the estimate. Nate was friendly, efficient & helpful. I was very pleased with the service I received & repair work that was done.

A now (very happy) third time Subaru owner, I recently purchased a new Outback Touring XT. My 2013 3.6R Outback was over 155,000 miles and I really wanted to hit 200k on it, but things happened. I was in a pinch. The XT was all the way in Vermont while I live in Connecticut...turned out not be an issue at all! Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

This is my second Impreza... The best car for me... Great AWD... Good contemporary design. Handles great. Love the 11.6-inch screen. So many safety features.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation
