A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

My experience with my 2025 Civic Sedan Hybrid has been a mixed one, although it would be only fair to state that I am still getting accustomed to the car. A major shortcoming is that the manual isn't at all helpful. Googling provides a variety of responses which are not necessarily relevant - i.e. my initial search for how to engage rear wiper - instructions found. I struggled until eventually I determined car does not have one, which is a major disappointment to me. Defroster is mediocre and turns itself off. Settings are on/off - no way to increase fan with rear defroster. I had zero visibility out back in heavy rains. Side mirrors good range of visibility. Good warning for potential blind spots. I found it especially helpful to add full view mirror (snaps onto rear view). This enables me to see out back windows as well as through rear of car. After owning the car for a little over 3 months now, there are still many features I do not yet know/understand. My salesman has been as helpful as possible, but not always accessible (which is understandable). Size is larger than anticipated; it's on me that I didn't realize the sedan is so much larger than the hatchback. A bit of buyer's remorse there. Although out here in this area, perhaps a larger car is to my advantage. Most other cars SUVs (which I did not want). Mileage is excellent. Pick-up excellent, even on Eco mode. Interior seating very comfortable, although for such a large car, few places to keep things. Glove compartment very small. Sound system magnificent, especially after tweaking to my personal taste. Interior is very quiet. Turning radius and general steering excellent. Ability to adjust driver's seat excellent. Cruise control setting automatically engages approaching/side collision alert which slows /resumes speed out of driver's control. This can be somewhat adjusted to change distance of warning from default normal to closer so that interference from cars in distance (i.e. on curve) not as strongly affected. Would be helpful to have known about this ahead of time; it was frightening feeling car accelerating/decelerating "out of control". Roomy trunk; easy to engage mechanism to lower back seats right from the trunk. Handy for loading large cargo. Recommend cargo liner at purchase time. Same for shields around windows that enable window to be open without it raining in. VERY difficult to find a windshield sun shade that actually fits. I am still looking. Front display screen good size; easily visible. Good storage memory for saved gps. Would be much better if a tutorial for this were included in paperwork. Pay attention to treatment at service. One should never feel dismissed. ALL questions are valid questions. That said, continued appreciation to my salesman who always took the time to find out rather than giving unreliable information.

After-Hours Drop-Off is a lifesaver. Dropped my keys off at 10 PM, and by morning, the Outlander had fresh oil and a photo report via text. Bonus points for being pet-friendly—my dog came in with me, and they had water bowls at the counter. Wi-Fi was solid too—uploaded a big file without lag.

I use to only own Hondas- I had Accords and Civics and they were very good cars. However while in college, I needed a new car and was on a shoestring budget. That landed me my first Ford- a Crown Victoria. Now that was an amazing car- very cheap to maintain, easy to work on, etc. It was so amazing, my next car was another Crown Victoria! It too was just as reliable, but unfortunately at over 200k miles and rusting out considerabily, it was time to upgrade. Unforuntately Ford doesn't make the Crown Victoria anymore, but being loyal to the brand, I started looking around. After researching for approximately a year, I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger on the 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium Energi, and it was a very good decision! It's incredibly comfortable, the heated seats are amazing, and the visibility is awesome as well. The fuel economy is pretty amazing as well- I've averaged about 46 MPG since I got the car in November of 2024. There are a few things I would change if Ford were to ask me- first, there is no map light. The dome light is adequate but its over my head and behind me whereas a map light would be ideal because sometimes you need light directly above you. Second, on a cold day, when you set the heater on 90, the blower will blow cold air on you immediately before the engine is warmed up. Even my old 2005 Crown Victoria did not do this- the blower would not blow any air until the engine had warmed up. Beyond those two complaints, it's an amazing car and perfect for bopping around town.

Scheduled my Outlander PHEV service online for 8:30 AM. Dropped the keys in the night box and picked it up the next morning. They changed the oil and filter, washed the car, and even printed a full diagnostic report. Price was exactly what I was quoted. Car looked spotless—wheels detailed, coffee hot, and I worked from their quiet lounge using fast Wi-Fi.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Dear Lilliston Family, I turned 50 years old last June and my husband gifted me a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited High Altitude 4xe. Understand that my Dad worked for Chrysler for 43 years before his death. My childhood was filled with tales from the assembly line. He referenced cars that went through Newark Assembly by the body letter. Lee Iacocca was the closest human to a saint in our home. Chrysler put my brothers and me through college. Despite a stray Honda, Isuzu, and Chevy, in my 34 years of driving, I?ve owned 1 Plymouth, 2 Chryslers, 1 Dodge, and 9 Jeeps. My husband has owned 2 Rams. I noticed with my 2018 Renegade and Wrangler that the quality of the Jeep product was declining; however, I was satisfied with Jeep?s ability to retain value. After malfunctions in three of the eight months of ownership, I traded in my 4xe this February and subsequently lost the $17500 of equity we?d invested, in addition to negative equity for a total of $35000 in losses over 8 months. That has never ever happened in a Jeep. To say I felt devastated and cheated would be a gross understatement. I felt downright betrayed. This exchange had an adverse affect every time I drove the vehicle I was forced to settle on to replace it. Three weeks ago, I happened upon a Bronco with its top down at one of my son?s soccer games. With the help of Aaron Swain and the Ford Employee Purchase offer, I was able to purchase my first Ford product. I don?t think it?s a coincidence that the heavens opened up on Friday as I was picking up my new Bronco from your dealership. I?m sure my late father, God rest his soul, has mixed emotions about his baby girl, driving in his arch nemesis, a Ford. However, I think my dad would be most grateful about the respect I was given by your entire staff, starting with Aaron. He went out of his way to find a vehicle for me that I could afford. He gave me a fair deal on my car, which he knew I did not want. He communicated with me, even on his day off. Frankly, it?s been my experience lately that this type of service is more the exception than the rule. And I just wanted to take the opportunity to recognize him, and extend my gratitude to you. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Quick, fun, economical. Still learning all the tech and experimenting with all the energy and performance options. Getting around 40 miles per charge with AC. Gets lots of positive looks. Front door head clearance could be a lot better. Driver display not the problem of some reviews, more like a large heads up display. A keeper!

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.
