After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

Gage the salesperson was a bit overzealous, Ernesto, the sales manager, was a bit more believable. The car was beautiful but imperfect in that the wheels were badly scuffed. The CarFax was outdated. I don’t need a car, so I can afford to be picky.

This is no luxury car but if you are looking for a smaller car with great reliabilty and lower maintenance costs this is a great option. I am a petite female and the car is quite comfortable for me. I drive 18 miles one way into Minneapolis and the ride is enjoyable enough. This is my 2nd Mazda 3, ironically same color as my previous only because of availabilty. This model year all wheel drive was available and served me well in our Minnesota winters. Standard safety features are appreciated. I don't need all the bells and whistles but I do like connecting my phone to my car.

I didn't purchase my Jetta from this dealership but I almost did and wish I did at the time but I wasn't ready at the time. I appreciated the low price offered. I appreciate only dealing with one salesperson even through the finance process. They were super friendly and not pushy and definitely didn't use the old sleazy dealership sales model of the past that most dealerships stand by. I recommend going to see them for your purchase if you want it to be pleasant.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I've been driving Mazda3 for 6 years. It is the best car among all the cars I've tried in the same price range. The sound system is totally the best, which is important for me as a musician. I have rented even newer models of other car brands and the sound system were trashy, also I had to carry the actual key, which is annoying. I like that Mazda3 has a sensor lock and starts with a button, and I don't have to carry a bulky key. Never had any failures with this car.

My service writer, Stacey, was very helpful and thorough, and kept me apprised of my vehicle's progress throughout the day while I was waiting. However, in the end, the tech team was unable to reproduce nor diagnose the cause(s) of my multitude of intermittent electrical problems that I was wanting to get fixed. Days later Stacey got back to me following a consult with GM, with the suggestion that they should replace the radio, but I have not followed up on a service visit to do that.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

Amazing buying experience at Smothers Volvo for a new Volvo S60 T5 AWD. I purchased my previous Volvo XC60 from this dealer 5 years ago ( love that car, still going strong) and I had not been back to the dealer since ( they are quite a distance from my home) and didn’t recognize dealership- it’s been renovated and very modern - really impressive. I had spoken to the salesperson Ron Cope extensively about the car I was interested in and about my trade and we’d agree on the selling price of new car and a tenative price for my trade. When I arrived, Ron was waiting for me and my new car was waiting all prepped. He handed me the keys and let me test drive and inspect the car as he go the used car manager to examine my old car. When I returned from test driving he informed me of the old cars value (exactly what was originally promised) and he immediately started the paperwork for the sale of the car. I am not exaggerating when I say from that point to driving away in my new car was one hour!! The finance manager quickly had all my paperwork completed and I signed off all the documents in 10 minutes and after a comprehensive review of my car’s features by the specialist I was driving home smiling playing my tunes on the car’s outstanding stereo system. Just a really impressive and relaxing car buying experience - best I’ve ever had!

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

I have a 2008 Ranger which had an airbag recall outstanding. I called Napa Ford for an appointment and Kylie, the service representative was excellent: polite, friendly manner, knowledgeable, and also mentioned the mobile service option. Perfect. The technicians come to your house for the work. I made the appointment, Kevin and Quentin arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work. 15 minutes later the air bag job was done. Their service truck was a lot bigger than what usually comes down our small, tight driveway which also had no room for them to turn around. Quentin backed all the way out and never even brushed a shrub. Nice. A textbook example of how to treat customers. All 3 of these employees are a credit to the dealership. Way to go. Thanks. Brian T. I never thought i would own a hybrid. I have 6 other cars, most of which I dont put a lot of miles on. I put miles on the ct200 like crazy. It runs like a top and reliable as a light switch. It just turns on and runs. I get it serviced at Toyota (as its mechanicals are all Toyota) and it saves me from paying the premium service charges at Lexus. Highly recommend!!! Love this little car (and i truly get 43 MPG consistently)

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

It has been a long time since I have had a newer car, so this was all new to me. Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

Bought one with 200k on it..drives smooth solid trNs , suspension and acceleration ..nice 1.5 liter engine no oil leaks ..just needed tune up ..spark plugs and o,e cylinder coil ...glad to have it for my gas buster budget. 40 mpg on highway ..seems like it'll go another 100k. Good in snow fwd helps alot
