I bought my Subaru from this dealship 5 years ago and their service department is outstanding . Today I stopped in when my message board said I had a low tire. A mechanic named Christian took care of me quickly and efficiently . He checked all of my tires - fixed the problem. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was friendly, kind and respectful ( I am elderly.). Happy to have this young man service my car anytime. My car is due for it’s 100,000 mile service and I am going to request Christian - hope I get him. I called Annette, their service scheduler ( another fantastic staff member) and she has me in for next week with Christian as my mechanic. Thank you Annette - she has been outstanding through the years.

Michael went out of his way to come in early so I could look at a vehicle. Before I even sat in the vehicle Michael stated he noticed something making a noise and would get it taken care of before I took the car home. Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I think Marin did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was very quick to reply to my questions I had sent him. He agreed to stay later than normal business hours, due to our arrival time. The truck was pretty tmuch exactly as described, no pressure from him or the other gentlemen that were present. I would definitely buy from him again. As a customer, we need to be the ones to thoroughly check everything on the vehicle. There’s always some sort of risk involved when buying used, and don’t forget that the condition of the vehicles are due to the upkeep or lack of, by the previous owner. Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

My car needed an important repair of my brakes, because of something that I did to the brakes. I stopped there on a Wednesday and they worked on the brakes and found the main reason, it needed a part replaced. They did not have the part that needed replaced. They told me that they would have the part by Friday, and set a time for me to bring the car back. I asked them if they would please do the repair while I waited, I didn't want to rent a car. They said yes they would work on it right away. While I waited they kept me informed of what was being done. They got it done sooner then the time they thought it would take. They did a great job and my brakes work great now. Thank you so much Travis Liddington ! I appreciate the great job you did and I didn't have to leave my car there to have it fixed. Thanks, Don

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

first of all, I had a major engine issue something I’ve never dealt with before I was taken care of by a young man named Darius Roberts. Apparently he had been new on the job, but he handled my issue very professionally. He was straight up about everything that I needed to have to supply for the warranty to look into the issue of my engine, he was honest and straight up about cost of and timing. As far as me being patient he answered my phone calls. He answered all my questions and he was very direct and very professional over a six week period or so he was able to negotiate with the warranty company, which was intern able to put in a new engine in my car. I realize that this was a really big issue and it took a lot of negotiating and also a lot of communication with me to provide him with the proper receipts and things needed to accomplish the repair of my car so I believe that it was great experience and Darius did an excellent job in the end I was able to get my car repaired and pay the cost for just looking into the engine which he had already quoted to me upfront there were no surprises the professionalism the communication I really appreciate it so I will give him a 10.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

Stopped in looking for a car for my 16 year old. They allowed me drive without being pushy. I was even able to test drive the vehicle to my mechanic to have it inspected prior to purchasing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

As for the haters out there who say this car is a piece of junk, I would bet you didn't do proper maintenance. I used full synthetic Mobile One oil and a Mobile One filter. This car and I had a daily total commute of over 200 miles. I worked in Rural Mississippi in the middle of the night a I would consistently run at 90 mph. I replaced two ignition control modules and an alternator as well as Tires, battery and oil. It never left me stranded and multiple trips to Colorado and back, I always felt secure. For extra power I just dropped it into 3 from drive and this little car would jump up and get going. I'm 5'11" and I weigh 235 lbs, I was very comfortable. At 377,000 miles I hit a deer. I was living in NH at the time and it wouldn't pass inspection. I purchased it with 3 miles on the odometer. The junked price was $1200. This car easily would have made it to 500,000 or more.

2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

My son gave me his Dodge Caliber and it runs great I have no complaints except for the noises I hear when car is on in 1 st gear it rattles and squeaks and sounds like some one is getting in and out of car I think it’s haunted has a ghost other then that it’s a good running car I went on a hot day back and forth to Las Vegas From Los Angeles almost 400 miles one way with a/c on and car ran great even ghost behaved hisself But I read that these car are known for there sub frame rusting out and tires breaking off which now scares me to drive it a far distance by myself is there some where I can get it checked out without costing me anything to ease my fear that one day my car will fall apart tires coming off and me Crashing and stranded somewhere in desert

Never had a single problem with my car in the 6 years I have had it! Extremely reliable every month of the year. Great car.
