I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning medical appointment in Orlando and came out to my car to find my 5 year old battery dead as a door nail. I was able to get a “jump,” but I was very shaky about heading home and perhaps not being able to start my car later in the day. From Orlando, I randomly looked up Subaru dealers near TV. I called Bill Bryan Subaru service at about 8:30 in the morning...probably every service departments busiest time...and a very nice scheduler realized my panic and said “bring it on in”. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Alejandro Rosar. Not only did he have a new battery installed, he also had an oil change, much needed, added on to the service. The technician also performed a wonderful multi-point inspection. Alejandro went over that report with me and, I have to say, his attention and the new battery, the oil change, and the inspection gave me a very satisfied and secure feeling about my car. AND on top of all that, the service department gave my car the BEST wash my car has ever had! I highly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru Service Center and Alejandro and I will return.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. The truck was as advertised. We purchased it and had a very nice drive north to Michigan. The salesman was professional and gave us space to make our decision.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Very friendly service. I was kept very well informed about the progress of my car repair. It was a comfortable environment to work in on my laptop and sip coffee during the repair time. In fact I stayed a few extra minutes to finish up on some of my work. Most enjoyable.

Bought one with 200k on it..drives smooth solid trNs , suspension and acceleration ..nice 1.5 liter engine no oil leaks ..just needed tune up ..spark plugs and o,e cylinder coil ...glad to have it for my gas buster budget. 40 mpg on highway ..seems like it'll go another 100k. Good in snow fwd helps alot

We found the perfect car for our family. Anthony greeted us when we arrived. He was fantastic during the whole process. Very knowledgeable of the car we purchased. Answered all of our questions. Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I couldn't afford the model I had wanted, but Cherrie Scally as patient and most helpful . I needed Dual AC ..but only available on a more expensive model .

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

We first contacted Phillips Toyota by email to see if they still had a Grand Highlander Hybrid in stock that we could test drive. We were contacted within a half hour & set up a time to make the 90 minute drive to test drive a vehicle. And after making the trip and test driving the vehicle, they were able to find an incoming vehicle (30-45 days) that matched our requirements. We are excitedly awaiting its arrival!!

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

I already was anxious to go through the process cause of what they say about Salesmen in general but Joel A. Was nothing short of Awesome. Has such a fun time and left with my Dream CAR.

This is best Prius I have owned. The safety features allow me to be a better driver. The furl economy is amazing - 58 mpg on the last tank of gas with in town driving!

Came from Miami to Central Florida to find a better deal. It was worth the trip. Saved money, and overall a pleasant experience. No nonsense, and they very kindly did not waste my time.

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

Recently had my SQ8 service at Audi South Orlando and as usual, everything was done fast, efficient and timely. Kory, my service advisor, made the process so easy. I gave the facilities a 4 star only because they are currently undergoing construction. However, the service was still great and one could say, you are treated royally.

My experience with the Classic Honda dealership is great. They gave me a service cost and time before looking at the car. They only took around an hour for repairs. They also went over what they did with my car after completing the service.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Luis is great in the service department. He gets in and out as quickly as possible, while keeping you informed throughout the process and addressing all your service needs.

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

Meeting the person I had been in contact with was the toughest part. I let them know when I have them a 2 hr advance notice of when I was coming but they were out on a lunch run. Then I just stood at the doorway by the receptionist waiting for someone to find me that they had paged. I finally tracked them down. Then, we walked away not knowing our financing details such as locked in rate and who our loan was with. After 2.5 weeks and 4 tries calling I finally got the information. Staff was friendly and quick. Facility was clean and inviting to customers.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Andrew our sales men was not pushy just listened to what we thought and let us pick the vehicle that we wanted. I suggest you shop here for your next vehicle.

One thing I could say , they are very responsive. I wish I was able to make a deal if it wasn’t for my down payment amount I would taken that car so bad . I need it too .

This car drives very smoothly. For such a small car, you don’t feel the road. It feels like you are in an airplane. I have received many compliments from my passengers.

Issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly and accurately. Did not try to upsell or recommend service that was not needed. Have used this location for my car service for many years and will continue to do so.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.
