I traded in my Buick Enclave for a VW Beetle over 6 years ago and have loved it nearly every day. The Turbo engine is fantastic. It's been a great little car. The only complaint is that it's not great (at all!) in the snow. Other than that, two thumbs up.

I needed flexibility when it came to scheduling a test drive and completing my purchase. Ashley was very accommodating and professional as well as personable. I would be very comfortable working with her again.

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

Was very surprised that the service writer told me my battery light was on and stated I needed a new battery I advised her that my battery was replaced less then 2 years ago. I declined the battery replacement and no light on and truck has been starting fine. And not to mention I had a rebate on air, cabin air filters they tell me not in stock and they would have to order them and wouldn't be eligible for rebate ???? Please don't try to upsell me I am in automotive industry ????

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.

The dreaded engine check light suddenly appeared on my dash staring at me like a deadbeat husband at 2am drunk through the locked screen door demanding I pay attention. I could ignore it but we know that will only lead to a worse and more costly scenario. I relented and drove it down to Serpentini in hopes of some sort of remediation to the situation I found myself in. As I drove through the bay doors I was greeted with smiles and attention. Whether it was sincere or not only time would tell as I exited the vehicle the smells of motor oil and exhaust. “What seems to be the problem?” I heard a voice ask from out of nowhere. I stood on my toes and found Holly, all 5’ 4” of her standing there with her question still hanging in the air. “There you are” I said. “I seem to be having an issue with my car.” The statement made me sound like an idiot. “Of course you’re having an issue, why would you be here?!?” the New cars seemed to taunt from the showroom floor. “Can you help?” I asked “Definitely leave it to us and we’ll take care of it right away.” Holly replied I left with trepidation and hoped it would be short lived. Later that day the phone rang and a pleasant voice greeted me from the other side. It was Holly and she had emailed me the results of their thorough investigation and felt compelled to walk me through it as it was a lot. I should have known it would be, at 120 thousand miles and 10 years with no major incidents it was bound to happen. She walked me through the report and the options and reassured me that the results weren’t that bad and provided options for the multitude of infirmaries my Volt seemed to have. It had a calming effect that built my confidence, despite the price tag at the end, which in the grand scheme of things, only looked shocking, but wasn’t really that bad after its initial assault on my thrifty sensibilities. I agreed to let them perform the major work while I would do the minor items of replacing lightbulbs and filters in order to keep as much of my mansard from being punched as I could. She ordered the parts and informed me they would take until Wednesday to get in, but that they would start on the other items I needed right away, even as the holiday weekend was almost upon us. When Wednesday came, my Volt was finished, freshly washed and seemed to have an air of rejuvenation surrounding it as they pulled it up to me. Handed the final bill I walked promptly up to the cashier to pay my bill, which they did efficiently and courteously, with the only negative being some poor young girl eating lunch behind the glass had smeared ketchup all over a beautiful polish sausage ruining what would have tasted amazing. “You can’t put ketchup on a brat!!!” I exclaimed “Jesus someone get this poor girl some grey Poupon!” She tried to explain it was all she had though…. She should have eaten it plain to be honest. With the bill paid, Holly walked me out to my car and we exchanged pleasantries one last time, and off I went in my confidence in ky car restored and a sense of relief that I had chosen Serpentini as the shop to take care of of my needs. Should everyone come here to get results for that which ailes their cars? I say yes resoundingly. Anything else would be like putting ketchup on a hot dog.. Michael Hughes

It is now 2024, my Fit is a bought new 2013. Still drives like new. It's a little light, keeps you attentive to the road, the back seats are a little firm, but this car holds everything. All the ways you can configure the interior is amazing. If anyone thinks this car is weak, remember the peak horsepower is 6800 RPM. Run it out and feel the Vtec boost. Heat, A/C, ell that works well. Stereo has good sound, and you can connect iPhone through USB and track and volume is controlled by radio head. Body design still looks modern.

The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

Overall, buying my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was good. The car and dealership were clean and the staff was pleasant. Robert went above and beyond when relaying so much important info about my hybrid (my first-so excited!) The entire team worked to make the process easy and pleasant. I only have one complaint. When my boyfriend and I were inside asking questions and sealing the deal, I was a bit annoyed by the fact that although I was the purchaser, and sometimes even when I asked a question, Robert spent most of the time talking to my boyfriend about MY car. I was surprised that a veteran car salesman would make such an error. I overlooked it because he was otherwise a good salesperson and I really wanted the car. Still, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Metro Toyota, but I would insist the salesperson talk to me, the purchaser.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I’m out of Saint Louis Missouri. I found this truck online and began inquiring about it. Gary “cap” was awesome to deal with and always called and texted back right away. Buying long distance I asked for a ton of videos and pictures and he provided them all no questions asked. They picked me up from the airport as a courtesy. I was hoping the truck would be as nice as it was in the pictures and videos and It was even nicer in person. I couldn’t be happier with my new Truck. Bob in finance was hilarious and offered a streamlined signing process and excellent tour guide info for the Cleveland area. I would buy from these guys again no problem. I have owned mine for 8 years and 73,000 miles and I still love it. I am getting about 56-58 mpg tank average in the summer and 45-50mpg in the winter due to colder temperatures and using the heat often, affecting battery-only usage. Cruises on the highway great, and is perfect around town. Blue Streak Metallic paint has held up great, no clear coat damage and still feels great after a clay bar/ polish. I just have some rock chips on the hood, but they haven't started rusting and have been there for many years. Pretty comfortable considering it's size and wheelbase, it's nice and quiet too. I like that it has an actual gear selector and handbrake unlike the "regular" prius with it's little knob thing and foot brake. Interior has held up great, easy to clean the fabric seats, and all the buttons and tech work perfectly. I was able to unplug the speaker that makes the annoying hybrid sound at low speed, so now it's silent in EV mode which is great. I always recommend them to my friends, and most have never heard of a Prius C. I'd like a 4runner or something cool with more cargo space, but I can't get over their gas mileage under 20 mpgs. Think I'll just keep my Prius C lol.
