Rock solid car
The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

I unfortunately bought a lemon car from another dealer. 12 days after I bought it, I had an issue with the automatic 4WD. I called Mike Murphy Ford in Morton, and I was treated horribly on the phone. Treated like I was insane and stupid. I had never called for service and had someone so mean handle the phone call. My husband suggested I call Uftring Automall to get our issue resolved as we were headed out of town the next day. When I called, Barry answered. Sweetest demeanor for those who call in distress. I needed that after having been treated like crap for the past 2 weeks in dealing with this vehicle. I told him what was going on, he listened intently. He said he would like to go to ask the service folks immediately if they could look at my SUV. I expected a call back after an hour or two, but 5 minutes later I got a call and he politely asked if I could bring my SUV in within the next hour. I said, "That was fast." He replied, "Well you are top priority." I genuinely appreciate how kind he was during such a stressful time. He gave me directions and everything. I got to the service area, and Mike Healey took care of me. Wonderful! Kind, prompt, genuine. Just like Barry. Bruce drove my car and figured out the issue with it right away. They fixed my vehicle, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience there. I am so appreciative of the good customer service I received. It still exists, and I will return for future business because they made it so easy and safe (stress-wise) to bring my vehicle there for fixing.
I really like it but I want to love it
Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

Two days ago I was driving from Nebraska to Virginia. My Ford Focus began making horrifically loud noises as I crossed Iowa and drove through Illinois. I stopped at Uftring Ford hoping that they would be able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was incredibly stressed out and worried that I would be stuck in Peoria for days without a working car. I needed get to Virginia before law school started and was panicked that I wouldn't be able to make it in time. I had never been to Peoria, knew nobody within an 8-hour drive of the area, had no appointment with Uftring, and was desperate to get my car working ASAP. I relayed my personal crisis to the employees at Uftring. They immediately began evaluating my car. Several mechanics (Bruce, and a few others whose names I have forgotten) started working on it immediately (again, I had no appointment!). Everyone was incredibly kind. They quickly discovered what was wrong and got my car into working condition within an hour. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. I got back into my car, ready to get back on my way to Virginia, when I realized that I had not received a bill for their work. I went back inside and asked for the charges. The mechanics at Uftring said there was no bill! I was floored at the generosity of the Uftring employees. They heard my issue, started working on it immediately, resolved it quickly, and then charged nothing for quite literally saving me. As a broke law student, this meant everything. As a human, this was one of those experiences that gives you a more positive outlook on the world -- one of those "strangers helping strangers" stories. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone at Uftring, and if you find yourself with car troubles in Peoria, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.
Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

I haven't owned a 4 cylinder in a long time. I had a turbo 5 Volvo, a 6 cylinder accord, and a Mercedes c300 6 as my last three cars, then before that I owned a last model year RSX (2006, I wouldn't count the new ones) for a long time so that's the closest comparison to this. I think the RSX felt a bit more sporty (I didn't have the Type S), but as for power they're a pretty close match, and I bet the Mazda 3 would smoke it off the line with it's torque heavy engine. I think the RSX looked more sporty too, it had probably a more mature styling to it that I appreciate now even more than I did when I owned one, but I will say every time I look at my Mazda 3 I like it more and more. I've seen a thousand of these on the road and never had a strong opinion on them, but my girl in red keeps growing on me, and when I take the dog out for walks I circle the car and look it over and understand it more and more. I have a 2018 fully loaded GT, and the interior is mostly it's strongest positive. The facelifted w204 is easily the nicest looking interior I've ever been in, and the accord maybe the most comfortable, but this is incredibly close to the accord in terms of comfort and only lacking in slightly worse seats and less room. The seats are great though, but the 2012 accords were some of the best I've say in. The fake leather has a great balance of firm and give to it, and what's even better is the whole interior is wrapped in a similar nice synthetic material that's a joy to be wrapped in. I've never owned a car where my arms are supported on both sides in such a comfortable manner. I'm 6'1 so I keep my seat low but I feel like I have a good deal of room, in fact, I test drove a 2023 (gen 4) Mazda 3 that was an incredible price, about $800 off from my 2018 and even less miles but the new interior design is nowhere close to as good as what we get in the gen 3. You have almost no room to spread your legs out in the newer models and that's a deal breaker for me. The one major weakness of the 2018's interior is the tablet on top of the dash looks hideous. I think I mentioned earlier my model is fully loaded, and I mean it. But what's that mean, a premium sound system, some exterior trim pieces tacked on? Nope, here we have some genuinely cool features. Adaptive headlights that turn with the wheel, a heads up display that's projected on a piece of clear plastic that raises up when you start the engine and can show speed, road signs, blind spot info, next GPS heading, etc. We have automatic windshield wipers, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, a great Bose sound system, paddle shifters. My car has more bells and whistles than my wife's high trim 2023 Tuscon. I really love my little Mazda, and I'm hoping to take it down some back roads to see if I can enjoy the driving part as much as some others do, as I've mostly spent time on the highway or in stop and go so far. This was a purchase I was unsure of 3 days ago when I made it, but every couple waking hours something pulls me to that car, whether to drive it or just to sit in it. I know now I've made a great choice.

I contacted Jim Schertz regarding a request for an appraisal of my 2018 BMW 430i convertible that I had previously purchased at BMW of Peoria with Jim as my salesman. I remembered that I had been impressed with Jim several years previously and was interested in continuing my relationship with him when considering another vehicle purchase. With this planned purchase I was looking for something rather special and a vehicle that I knew that the BMW Dealership wouldn’t probably have as it wasn’t going to be a BMW. I was after a specific model, color and year range of Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. In amazingly short order Jim was able to locate the exact vehicle that I was seeking and arrange to have it transported to the Peoria BMW Dealership that very afternoon. Jim came in the next morning day, on his day off, so I could purchased the Corvette Stingray. He really went the extra mile and then some.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Great car for a tight budget
It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

Prius is the best car to own
This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

When talking with the locals and asking where they purchased their vehicle, Mike Murphy comes up a lot in conversations. You tell them your budget and they will find you the right car that works for you. I couldn’t be happier with my Ford Edge SEL and the service provided by Rickie Gieger was above any service I had anywhere else. I enjoyed his entertaining personality and humor throughout the car search experience. Within a few hours, I was driving off the lot. You cant beat their extended warranty deals. If your within 100 miles of their business and break down, tow truck is free, repairs are free within the warranty, and if you need a rental, thats included as well.

Big inside small outside...fun all over.
Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive
