I was in the market for a good dependable used vehicle and I found exactly what I wanted at a price better than I anticipated! I worked with Joey Hess and he made the process super smooth and easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend him And Shelor Motor Mile!

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I searched a vehicle on the Hendricks website and contacted Hans from Wilmington Honda in North Carolina where the vehicle was. We did all the paperwork over the phone and the car was ready the next day when I picked it up! Along with Hans, everybody in the dealership was courtesy and professional. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle even if you’re not local to them. I was in Charleston South Carolina!

I came across this dealership, Automotive Avenues, by chance and I am so glad that I did! I was looking at different cars on their website, but it honestly looked like it was "too good to be true" price wise for the cars that they were offering. I started the process with Anthony, who is in the online sales. He was so responsive and right to the point. He was communicating with me even on a Sunday when the store was closed! I was still not convinced and I thought there had to be more to it. He was very clear about the "No haggle" policy, which I love, and told me specifically what fees they charge. I decided to drive from Harrisburg, PA (3.5 hour drive) based on all the information that I had. I was looking at FOUR different cars that they had. They were kind enough to offer to hold one of them for me. It is not what they normally do, but they gave me an exception till I got there, since I had a long drive. Once I got there, I was amazed by how busy the place was on a Monday afternoon and how many beautiful cars they actually had on their lots! I was greeted by Charlie Jackson, one of their 22 sales people. He introduced himself, asked me if I was working with anyone. I told him that I've only spoken to the online sales, but I had an appointment for 5:30. He took me inside to check in, asked me if I wanted water or coffee then took me to his desk where we sat and discussed each one of the 4 cars in details including their Carfax and any other information that the dealership had to share with me. He was very patient and knowledgeable! After that, he brought the cars to the front for me to look at and test drive (except for one because I was looking at all electric cars, and the battery was not charged in that one) so we walked to it just so I can see it in person. Once I saw all of them and test drove the 3 that I could, I decided on one ( which was so hard because I wanted to take the 4 of them home). The one that I bought was a 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+. It was like brand new with just over 1100 miles on it! It was the car that I really wanted from the beginning and I ended up getting at the end. After that, we worked out the numbers on my trade, which I was NOT very excited about because it was about $1500 less than what I got from others! I agreed to it and they started to process the transaction. They stayed with me till about 9:30 pm, way after they were supposed to close, just to accommodate me so I would not have to drive again the next day. I must say that I change cars every 6-12 months because I love cars, and (other than the trade) I've NEVER felt as good purchasing as I did this time. Thank you very much and I will be back for my next one soon. You are doing things right and it is worth the long drive for sure.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. Fortunately, I was introduced to Mehmet Edipov right away and it was like meeting up with an old friend. Although there were issues on my end with unlocking my credit report and transferring and setting up my new car with my car insurance Mehmet worked thru all the issues with patience and skills. I moved up to the Nanuet area 24 years ago and needed a new car and Consumer Reports magazine ranked Honda very high, so I went to DCH Honda of Nanuet and purchased my first Honda. It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

I took my 2015 Honda pilot in yesterday for and oil change and tire rotation and to get two light fixed. Brad took care of everything. He was extremely helpful . The cost was extremely reasonable. One could not ask for better service .I have dealt with Planet Honda for a number of years and never ever had a bad experience from buying my Honda from Mary may she be resting in Peace to Ed who was very good, hope he is enjoying retirement. I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Michelle was polite and very nice always smiling. Patrick the gentleman that did the work was awesome. I didn't meet him but his video of my car was upbeat and energetic. He had me laughing and confident my car was in good hands. They loose one star because not sure who the gentleman outside moving cars but he was not friendly on this day. He saw me and another person waiting in our cars no acknowledgment no can I help. When I asked do we go inside to drop off he just said yeah with a bad attitude. Sorry for the question the last time I was there I was asked to drive through and they take our car. He was just overly rude.

Cinna was a great help with clear communication and follow through. She was able to assist even over the weekend and even brought the vehicle to me.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Compared to other dealerships, we were able to test drive the vehicles in a short amount of time while being provided only the information we requested. Thank you to Deion and Mark for letting take a car home over night. It was the most beneficial experience we had while car shopping yesterday. We will be going back to them in the near future once we figure out our financing.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.
